From the minute we entered the hotel, we knew our stay was going to be memorable. The staff and their impeccable detail will make this stay one you will never forget. This hotel offers a world-class spa and pool area and a bar that sets this place apart from other places. The plethora of food on the menu will ensure that you'll never get everything you want to order. The door staff was very helpful and ensured that our cup runnith over when in need. Your stay here will be one you will never forget!

Just stayed at this Holiday Inn this past weekend Feb 14-17 2025. The property is updated but didn't seem like anyone cared about the up keep of the building. I checked in fairly quickly for the time of day I got there (close to midnight) got up to my room where the beds were striped down and not made just piled up in the corner. There were no clean towels in the room either just a roll of toilet paper. Went down to get a new room and given another where the door didn't close properly and had to hold the handle on the inside to latch it or use the key card when leaving. The sink in our new room had a leak that seem to not have the p tap hooked up so had to keep a garbage can under it to keep the room from flooding. The hotel had only 1 working elevator and the pool was broken as well. The saving grace was the front desk staff and the hotel restaurant. Caesar was great upon check out and as the shuttle driver to our event on the Sunday. Would suggest a different property near by.

After a night of dealing with rude customer service at hotels around the area, we begrudgingly called to reserve a room here and the guy on the phone, Ethan, was very nice and walked us through all the steps and answered all of our MANY questions with grace.

When we showed up, Josh greeted us after finishing up some closing work for the restaurant it seemed. He was very hospitable, kind, and funny. It made me and my wife feel very relieved. While the rooms and amenities aren’t anything wildly luxurious, the service we received from the staff was wonderful.

I travel often and this is one of the best hotels I’ve visited. The staff were always friendly, available, and helpful. The hotel was clean from parking lot to room. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The Staff was friendly and hotel clean and well-maintained. Views only of parking lots. Hot tub not functioning with no end in sight per staff. This was not mentioned on the website when reserving. We booked there as opposed to other locations due to the hot tub. That was disappointing for our family as this is a great way to relax after a long drive.

The minute we walked into our room the thermastat read 80 degrees, so the rest of our stay we spent the majority of our time struggling with the thermastat to get it anywhere near the low 70s. The pool area did not have any towels and when notifying the front desk they gave us one towel but never showed up to actually put towels in the pool area. The hot tub jets do not work also. I don't normally complain or write reviews, but the final issue to my stay is what really brings me here. As an IHG Member, although I don't know what that really means or what it would have done for me, I was told that I had a late check out at 12pm versus having to check out at 11am, which was nice to know. So I didn't really expect or appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door at 10am, with the do not disturb sign in clear view, and then letting themselves into my room while I was walking out of the bathroom with no pants on. I also didn't appreciate telling the front desk woman what happened and her saying that because the house keeper couldn't speak English there was no way of communicating what she did wrong to housekeeping to essentially prevent this from happening to someone else and I also didn't appreciate the front desk agent telling me at least it wasn't a man that walked in. Regardless of gender, I don't want to be caught pantsless by any employee of the hotel knowing full well I was to be in my room until 12pm.

We stayed in room 405 and the door will not close all the way unless pulled. When we came back to our room after being gone the second day, the door was left open by house keeping. I told the lady at the front desk during check out who didn't apologize or thank me for informing her of the issue. Very disappointing considering how your entire industry is about the security and comfort of your guests and their property. Tried posting twice on the hotel website and never received a reply, never saw it posted.

My reason for picking this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub. We had two of our grandchildren with us. We took the youngest of the two down to swim. Within a few minutes, his lips turned purple. I felt the water and it was ice cold! We took him over to the hot tub to warm it up. It, too, was ice cold! Told the women at the desk. She didn’t even know it! She said she would find out and never got back to me. A woman in the breakfast area told us they were both not working! So, they had nothing to do this weekend. Thank goodness I brought some games. When we got to the room there was only one towel and a 3/4 used toilet paper roll. We went down to get towels. The next day, someone came in and replaced our shampoo and soap. But no extra toilet paper. We ran out! The hotel is nice and clean. The staff friendly. Not worth the price due to poor quality of uses.
