Great stay for a family event in Evanston. Check in process was quick and easy, Employee was very helpful. 2 queen suite was big and very clean. Comfy beds. Lots of outlets and charging ports which were handy. Did not eat at the breakfast buffet, but it looked very good with a good amount of variety of hot food. Wish it would have been included in stay, but the $10 per person also didn't seem to bad for Chicago area. Just didn't make time for it. Parking fees were reasonable and convenient next to hotel.

The overall experience was Great. Front desk associates are very welcoming and professional. The rooms are really clean. Also the view of downtown is a really good view. There is also a lot of places to eat around this location. When it's warm outside, the lake and park are close to walk. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Quite simply one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff are amazing as they are friendly and treat you well. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. There are also amazing views of the city from the south side. The fitness room is also nice. This is already one of my favorite hotels. Thank you for the great stays!

Really comfy bed, plenty of space, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Every staff member I interacted with was great. I'd definitely stay here again! The biggest problem I had was with the bathroom faucet getting really hot really easy. I had to be really careful with it or I burned myself. One of the doors near my room also slammed a lot, but I was right next to a stairwell so it may have been that. I'd definitely stay here again!

Every employee was very helpful and friendly with a smile. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, with crisp linens. Location was in a quiet yet easy accessible area for restaurants and pubs. Great location for the L train. Just about 3 blocks over to ride the purple line.

Hotel was very convenient to find and had responsible parking. The rooms were large and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel was very quiet. Our room in the 9th floor had a great view of downtown Chicago. We would definitely stay again

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They cleaned our room after the first day of a 2 day stay, which we were not expecting and appreciated very much. The hotel has an attached garage at a more than reasonable price for the Chicago area; this was a definite bonus as when we returned each night exhausted and just wanting to get to sleep, we did not have to search for parking.

The best thing about the hotel (which was beautiful) is the staff! Checking in - they were welcoming, and checking out was more of the same! So friendly, andna great send off for our drive home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in the area!
