I have to admit, my stay here exceeded my expectations. Despite reading some less than stellar reviews beforehand, I was pleasantly surprised. The parking lot was spacious, with 24/7 security keeping a watchful eye to ensure both cars and the premises were safe. The lobby was well-maintained and staffed by two helpful desk agents who were polite, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude. My room was impeccably clean, with a fresh, fully stocked bathroom, spotless bed sheets, and a seemingly brand-new carpet. The hotel was in the process of renovations, which I found to be a positive sign of improvement. I must give special recognition to Miss Danielle, who went above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise in hotel policies and procedures made me believe she was the manager. I was truly impressed by her and will definitely return to stay here again when I'm back in town.

Absolutely loved staying here. I attended the Tropic Glammies event at the NEC. This hotel is a short drive from there. Hotel is DEFINITELY in need of renovations, on the rooms especially. They are very dated, and the bathrooms remind me of something on par with a red roof inn or an older laquinta. The TV's are older and somewhat antiquated, but otherwise decently equipped the beds are comfortable enough, and it's clean. Overall not a bad place to stay, just be aware it's older than what you're probably used to when it comes to modern Holiday Inn quality standards.

The Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport was awesome. Hotel was great, and people were super helpful. I had 4 people staying there under my name, and I had to send a CC authorization form and set up the stay. Kita at the front desk was who assisted me, and honestly I have never had a faster and better experience. She made it easy and seamless. I just had to write a review as her customer service, kindness, knowledge and overall true hospitality made things so much easier on my end! We will be back!

Ashley front desk, is the so reason I’m even leaving a review. She is exceptionally sweet. Smile is comforting. And definitely has made my stay here memorable and relaxing. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Priceline gives you the best discount on this hotel.
Make sure you get breakfast included.
The restaurant downstairs makes excellent food for dinner and breakfast is delicious.

Not far from the airport. soon as I got off the plane, I was able to call and they had someone come pick me!! No additional charge.
(Should tip driver though)

I don’t normally write reviews and give feedback, but, from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. I met Mo at reception who was amazing, nothing was to much trouble.||Every member of staff were polite, attentive and professional.||My room was immaculate, clean and the bed was incredible (slept through my alarm every day).||The food is perfect, beautifully cooked and tastes amazing.||Well done to Mo and all the team.||I look forward to coming back.

Superb experience from start to finish! … the friendly & helpful front desk lady was lovely ( I’d had a 6 hour motorway drive in the pouring rain and I was completely shattered ) she kindly volunteered to upgrade my room for me… such a gorgeous room , well appointed , scrupulously clean , beautifully styled and quiet too. ||As I felt too tired to head to the restaurant for an evening meal, I chose room service … the restaurant phoned me to say my meal was being brought up , then phoned a little while after to ask if the food was as I expected- such exemplary customer service and the food itself was totally fabulous ( I chose the £25 three course meal) which was delivered with courtesy and a smile.||I felt relaxed, rested and totally looked after during my stay and was business- ready the next day as a result. Thank you Holiday Inn, this is the standard all others hotels should aim to achieve. Well done!

Positive: I loved how it had a little game room where you could play pool, air hockey, cornhole, and a arcade Game. There was a missing ball for pool, and the puck for air hockey was missing, but we made the best of playing pool. Negative: Just the area. It is super close to the hotel which is nice, and they offer a shuttle which was amazing. But it's a bit uncomfortable going outside of the hotel or walking across the street to the gas station.
