So i decided I was going to have a relaxing night away from home, you know just to not here momma for a few hours. Well, I should've heard momma. Check-in, was okay I guess. Even my room was decent. The problem came in when I was in my room that night and someone used a key to enter my room. Yes, used a key, opened the door saw me and said I'm sorry. I keep running through my head all of the things that could've gone wrong. The feeling of being safe, was gone. The you tell staff, who are supposed to tell management. I still haven't heard from them. I had to call the 800 number to speak with someone about it. This place is a joke

I had no hot water all weekend. My air conditioning was broken. There was a false fire alarm and we evacuated only to find out from the house keeper it was a prank. The alarm went off for 20 min. Until the fire department came to shut it off. On top of all that, I was charged 2x for my room. The manager never handled the situation. I had to escalate it to corporate which takes 48 hours to investigate and 10 days for a refund.

I came to the area for some sessions that my kids had. The day I checked i was exhausted. First thing I noticed was the room looked nice, however, as soon as I started to unpack I started noticing things was not clean. I always travel with cleaning supplies, I was too tired to move to another room so I brushed it off and tidied up. However, in the following days I asked for the floors to be cleaned and that never happened.
The floor was dirty, I asked several times for the floor to be cleaned, there was an orange hand print on the top of the cushion, there was greasy hand prints around the light switch, I had to ask for refills on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and to top it off there was an used bandaid in the closet .

Marcus made check-in a breeze! Great first impression for the hotel. The room was perfect- I always inspect mattresses and bathrooms, and these were the cleanest we’ve seen this soccer season! Overall our stay was incredible!

If you like cold showers this is the place for you. Rooms were very clean however shower took 25 min to get hot water and then the curtain doesn't go down far enough so water all over the floor. Staff can be hard to find to check in.....

This is the WORST experience We have ever had at a hotel. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT STAY HERE. 1st there was no hot water in the shower or the sink. During our stay someone pulled the fire alarm which went off for 20 minutes. No one called to tell us that it was a false alarm. The customer service is AWFUL. When you call the don't return your call or try to handle your issue. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE.. TELLBYOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

Well, kept facilities and great and helpful staff. Ate the restraunt in the hotel, and it was excellent, mysta say better than any of the nicer restraunts have been to. Do not know if it was the regular cook since it was rather late, but it was wonderful. The bartender who ended up serving us was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Was a great experience all the way around.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! If you have any issues at all, there will be no staff or managers around to make it right.
I had no hot water, and the water coming out of sink was milky color. I notified the front desk and they sent a text saying water would be shut off shortly. I was checking out, so I didn’t need it, but could not shower or brush teeth. This hotel says no pets, but there was a dog barking from 5AM- 6:30AM.
Managers do not work weekends. When I nicely explained that I’d like to speak with one, the front desk said they’d leave them a note. I never got a call back. I contacted the hotel to try and resolve the issue and they are avoiding my calls. I filed a case number with IHG customer care and the notes the hotel manager left on the case are lies about contacting me to resolve but could not get in touch with me, offering me another room, etc….
Horrible customer service!!
