As the owner of a housecleaning business, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness of the room I was assigned. The amenities provided were even more impressive than I had anticipated, including sample products that I had inadvertently forgotten to bring home. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was conveniently situated near both local attractions and the interstate. The staff’s attentiveness and helpfulness further enhanced my overall experience. I would highly recommend this establishment to my family and friends without hesitation.

Best location if you’re visiting the area for shopping. Staff was incredible and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are large and super clean, but could use a little updating. Good shower and lotion products. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we were focused on Chicago. Highly recommend

So, I had a bit of a rough start when I tried to book a room at a nearby hotel. I called ahead, but no one answered. I was so bummed, but then I stumbled upon Holiday Inn. The staff there was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. They even managed to get me a room and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. They were so happy I chose them! The room was super clean and comfortable, and I wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back at Holiday Inn next time I need a place to stay.

Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn North Aurora!
We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in North Aurora and had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially want to commend Yusra at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the well-equipped gym. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn in North Aurora to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed recently for two days while at a state wrestling meet. Hotel has a great location, lots of everything very close. However, this hotel is showing its age. It needs some updating and honestly some better management. Breakfast seemed complimentary on day one but $10 the next? And it was NOT worth paying for. Very minimal choices for a “breakfast buffet”. Hot water would have been nice too. If you let the water run for 2 or 3 minutes you’ll get barely above warm. So take quick showers!
Overall not a bad experience but not worth the price at all. Not a place I’d go back to when there are many other options nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Jackie at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

I stayed here for only a night because of my Job but MAN ! the legend at the front desk Mr. Jim has 10/10 hospitality, HUGE help & all in all was very resourceful when I forgot hygiene items, the room was clean, the view was still really nice from the second floor. Most definitely will be coming back, Thank you to Mr. Jesus at the front desk as well for all the kindness & hospitality! Very very helpful staff ! Brandon at the front desk has great energy and overall was super super helpful in addition to my stay here today !

Just one night at this Holiday Inn. It is very new, very suburban. Near a number of chain restaurants and stores. Nice furnishings, quiet, accessible. Wished for a few more cable channels. Arrived a little early and was accommodated with an early check in,as long as I switched my room type. Thought the desk was understaffed. One person at check in; and a half an hour later when I called the desk because my TV wasn't working right, now one answered (but I figured it out.) I was there only overnight and didn't use any amenities. Great desk chair. This is not a hotel whose location is meaningful or its view breathtaking, but it was comfortable.
