Rented tents from Blue Rock and had multiple problems!
After tents were set up we were left with tents that were dirty and uneven. Set up time took them multiple hours and had missing and broken pieces that were needed for tent causing set up to take even longer. Called and spoke to Manager Amanda and filed complaint and was told that in their opinion nothing was wrong with the service we were provided with and that the weather caused majority of problems (was sprinkling during setup)
Paying the amount you do for this company’s rentals and service i would never book with them again!!!
Side Note: Blue Rock Events took over Hites Tent Rental and are using their positive reviews as theirs so don’t be fooled with false advertisement

My experience with BlueRock has been great. I originally had a contract with Hites and when the company was bought, BlueRock not only held up my original contract they let me change a few things, at no additional costs. They were very professional and kept in contact with me the whole time through the 10 months of us planning our wedding. I would recommend them again.

I dealt with BlueRock for 8 months. Throughout the process I became aware the owner and manager will lie straight to your face with a friendly smile on theirs. I could go line by line and have a few paragraphs pertaining to my negative experience, but I will leave it at this. I would not trust this company with my once in a lifetime event such as my wedding. A lot of extra stress in a time that is already super stressful. They also do corporate events but if my company put me in charge of organizing the event and my name was attached to it once again I personally would not trust working with BlueRock.

Many reviews refer to Hite Rental. They were great at what they did. Hite sold their rental stuff to BlueRock. BlueRock is very different. We used them for chairs at my wedding. They were suppose to be delivered at 12. We waited until 2 to call them and they didn't call back. They called back at 3 saying they won't be delivered "anywhere between now and 6". They were delivered at 5:30. The chairs were stained with dirt that wouldn't come off with water. When asked if they could pick them up 2 days after my event to get out of they way for another event, they said "they couldn't make any promises." Chairs were already paid in full and no refund was offered. They haven't been doing this long so I hope things get better for them.

Great customer service, very professional and extremely flexible!
I contacted Hite Tent Rentals the morning of my wedding after another company’s tent collapsed the morning of my wedding. I was referred to Hite Tent by a local company and am blessed to have contacted them. Within an hour of speaking with them on the phone they were loading their truck with 2 new tents, tables, chairs, flooring, and lighting for a completely new wedding venue for 175 guests. Hite Tent Rentals helped save my wedding day and were amazing throughout the process.

We rented initially with Hites and then Bluerock took over the contract. They honored the original contract and made some adjustments for us as well. We rented a tent, heater, dance floor, tables and chairs. We were very pleased with everything!
