This place is amazing! Staff was fantastic. Room had a view and everything we needed as they are condos. Location was perfect and close to tons of hiking trails and awesome restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tubs - yes they have multiple outdoor hot tubs with amazing dark night skies and star gazing. What an awesome stay!

My husband and I came into phoenix airport and drove the 2 hours up here. We stayed from Saturday to the following Friday. It was an amazing time. 5 minute walk from the propane grills, pool and 2 hot tubs. The timeshare wasn't an issue as the asked and we declined and were not harassed about it again. Local pub called PJ'S had an amazing pulled pork sandwich; drinks are a bit spending, but Larry the bartender was awesome. We spent a day in Jerome and had a burger at the haunted Hamburger as it was supposed to be the bees knees, really cool history in the town, but the Hamburger was a normal Hamburger in my opinion. We spent 2 different days in sedona took the 1 hour trolly tour, super fun to see everything, lots of different shops in Sedona and Jerome.
As far as this property the location is great, 20 minutes to Sedona and main hiking trails (Devil's Bridge-Super cool, but get there by 7am for parking) 40 minute drive the otherwise to Jerome and Old Cottonwood. This property is in great location, friendly and helpful staff, everyone including the other guests were nice as well.
We will be back again with the kids!!
The only issue that I saw someone have was the parking. It's a semi-circle parking lot and doesn't have enough spaces. There is a road of more units across the street and chances are if you leave the semi-circle parking lot after 4-5pm you may have to walk from a parking spot across the street.

First and foremost, the service here is outstanding. We had a few problems figuring out appliances in the room, and the front desk sent someone right away each time. That being said, it would definitely be helpful if there were instructions left for the washer/dryer combo (never quite figured it out), the TV/DVD in the rooms, as well as the BBQ grills around the property. The weirdest thing, however, was the odd locations of the ADA accessible pool and spa. My mom and I stayed at the bottom of the resort in the designated ADA room because she cannot climb any steps or stairs, only ramps with rails. The ADA pool was on the opposite side of the resort, which meant we had to drive. Not a huge deal, except the ADA spa was at the OTHER pool (the one with no ADA chair lift). So anyone needing the accessible chair lift couldn't use the pool AND the spa, they'd have to choose one or the other due to their locations. My mom decided it was too much of a pain to go back and forth, so she stayed in the room while the kids and I swam, which was kind of a bummer. The location is beautiful and very quiet, just a short walk away from The Collective shops, and again, the attentiveness of the hotel crew was unbeatable. My kids had a great time, but I would probably look a bit closer at the ADA accessibility of amenities at a different location.

The room was ready for us to check in to early, which was great to allow us to unpack and get a head start to our day. Unfortunately, there was a lot of drilling and hammering (I assume by the maintenance team) going on when we first go to the room. Our chance to rest after unpacking was unfortunately spoiled due to that.

The AC in the room was great with easy access to the controls. The bed was comfortable with 2 different types of pillows, which helped find a good comfort level for falling asleep.

Unfortunately the walls are very thing. You can easily hear people walking in the room above you, and with so many people staying up rather late, it made it that much more difficult to get rest for the night. That, however, paled in comparison to your attached 'neighbors', which you can head quite well as they walk around, talk, clean dishes, and cook meals. It made being in the room rather awkward and ruined the whole stay.

The only things really going for this Hilton were the inexpensive daily rate and location. With those 2 in mind, I could almost recommend this Hilton to others, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Huge rooms that include a balcony, living room,functional kitchen and laundry, secluded location and peaceful. Had no house keeping during 5 night stay but that seems to a new standard among hotels. Front end staff friendly and helpful

We spent two nights here in mid-March. The timeshare features a fully equipped kitchen, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location is near the hiking trails of Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock. Grounds are beautiful and right on golf course.

This was a fabulous stay! I wish we had more than one night. The room (which was more like a condo) was spacious and stocked with everything needed. We were able to play games and eat and all sleep comfortably (family of 4). Balcony had a great view of the red rocks. |While we didn’t use them - there is a pool and hot tubs. Also grills available for use. |There is no restaurant on site - but plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a 0.5 mile radius.|This location is a good 25 minutes from uptown Sedona - but that didn’t bother us. Like I said - I wish we were here longer. It’s a great home base for sightseeing in the area.

Terrible experience at the timeshare presentation. We checked into the hotel at the beginning of the stay and was escorted to a promotional timeshare presentation sign up. Things sounded good. A promise of a gift card in exchange for painless and enjoyable 90 min presentation.

We showed up to our presentation 10 mins before start at 1:15 pm. Instead of respecting our time, the process took until 3:35. To add insult to injury, at check out the lady told us it was our own fault to stay for that long Instead of just getting up and leave at the 90 min mark. We are respectful people and would not get up in the middle of a presentation. Seems too much to expect basic manners at this location.

We changed our morning plan to show up on time and had to cancel our afternoon plan due to this presentation. 100% not worth your time. Please don't do it. They do not seem to respect their perspective customers, and I can imagine once you handle over the money, you will be treated even worse.
