Great experience for a Christmas holiday trip. Stayed for five nights. The rooms are spacious, huge dinning table and coffee table. Big kitchen. The swimming pool and the spa pool are both very nice. Water slides are open during our stay and the pool area is busy too. The price is also very affordable compared to other options.

I haven't been here in a really long time and I really enjoyed this stay. They are definitely remodeling and painting. The rooms are spacious. The pool is heated. The water slide is fast, and the jacuzzis are nice and warm. The food on the property was good, and the menu offers a good variety. Customer service is really top notch. We did get a noise complaint at 3:15 in the afternoon That was kinda weird. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is one of my favorite resorts in the world. I used to go all the time as a kid and found a great deal for it for my honeymoon in 2019. Only $40 a night (midweek) i can only hope and pray to get a deal like that again. Thank you for the memories and when i scrounge up enough cash ill be there again lol.

We chose to use our Hilton timeshare to stay at this resort while visiting Joshua Tree National Park and playing golf. It was our first time in Palm Springs, and we were initially hesitant to stay here due to some mixed reviews.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit in the Palm building. As others have noted, the unit was outdated, with older carpet, tubs/showers, and furniture. The HVAC system struggled to heat the room effectively. However, the unit was clean, and the linens were fresh, which was appreciated.

The resort itself had a nice pool area with hot tubs and a slide for children, which was a great feature. The location was also a highlight—right next to the Indian Canyon golf courses and only about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

We didn’t use any of the other amenities, so I can’t comment on those. The check-in process was smooth and free of any sales pressure, which was a big plus.

Overall, I would recommend this resort and plan to stay here again on future trips to Palm Springs.

I stayed at a Hilton almost every 2 weeks but this was the worse hotel I have stayed in the Palm Springs area. I was in the Palm building and the room was so old and dirty looking I was afraid to touch or do anything. The room also has an odor including the bedsheets. Limited amenities. The walls are thin, I could hear the person above and sides walking. No water in the room or in vending machines either. I asked for the receipt to be emailed when I checked out in person but was not sent. Had to make multiple contacts just to get the receipt. During checkin, they said I can talk to concierge to get extra 500 points but the person only comes later in the morning. This just turned me off against Hilton properties. If you do decide to stay here, make sure they give you rooms in the renovated building.

This was a very disappointing stay. The rooms felt old and had a bad odor, even though we were told we were given “newly renovated” suites. The bathrooms were dated, and the carpets—yikes. Definitely not what I expected for $300 per night.

The property lacks basic amenities like room service for food or drinks, and there’s no restaurant on-site. The only redeeming feature was the pool with slides for kids and the decent hot tubs.

Hilton can and should do much better. I won’t be returning.

Rooms are a little out dated. However, they provide a lot of towels and I liked the lotion and bath products they provided. Huge pro is the pool and bar. The food and drinks were great and the pool was fantastic!! One downside was how loud it was in our room. For example, we could hear the workers talking and banging around, pushing carts, opening and closing the gate early in the morning at 6am. We were on the ground level because we wanted to be close to the pool. Staff were very friendly!

Beautiful Location! The resort is nestled in a scenic area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees with a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are generally spacious, with plenty of room to relax. Many rooms come with balconies or patios, providing a nice outdoor space to enjoy the desert scenery.

Friendly Staff. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall I really enjoyed staying at this place.
