I stayed here at this hotel for 1 night on business. The hotel is located in a scenic part of San Jose. The front desk was incredibly hospitable, and I would say this was the best part of the hotel. The bed was awful. It was so soft and lumpy. It made it very hard for me to get a good night's sleep. The hot water pressure is nice and the shower was very good. The gym in the hotel. Is very small with very limited options. It is also inside of a room that's surrounded by windows, so the light heats up the gym incredibly quick. You will definitely be sweating in this gym. I don't like the fact that it's right in front of the pool, so everyone who's leaving the pool has to come through the gym. If given the choice, I would not stay here again. The only reason why I gave three stars is because of the hotel staff.

Went to breakfast every morning for my 4 day stay. The service was excellent. Always friendly, helpful and attentive. Horacio was the server for three of them, remembered who my party was, remember what we had liked from the previous day. The chef happened to be out here and we got to talk to him for a bit. Truly a great, relaxing way to start each morning.

I always have a wonderful experience when I come here. The staff is so sweet and there are so many shopping and restaurant options within 10 minutes. The pool area needs a little love maybe some power washing and more decor but has a great view. The gym is on the smaller side but it gets the job done. I love the restaurant and it is on the pricey side so be mindful but the food is consistent.

This review is mainly for the restaurant, Secco, located in the Hilton. Back here again for Fanime and the food was phenomenal. Our server, Sima, served us again since last year. She is so kind and courteous to us. She greeted us with a smile and checked in on us throughout our meal. She filled our waters without us having to wave her down. I am glad she was my waitress again and I am extremely glad to have such a warm and welcoming experience again at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming here again next year.

Nice staff and great food. The steak in my rice bowl was cooked perfectly, and the veggies and sauce were also perfect. One staff member was nice enough to bring some strawberries for my niece on the house. My niece also broke a plate, and the staff was nice about it. I would come back again.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I want to give special shout out to Horacio as he was a pleasure at breakfast every morning. Everyday started off great thanks to the lovely people working here. Would definitely love to stay here again.
