The views are great. We landed at 930am and tried to shop/check out the nearby cities before we went to check in (not until 4pm). We asked if we could use the pool while we waited for our room / check in and they were able to get us a room. We opted for a view of North Mountain and away from the family pool. It was just my husband and myself so we wanted private time and didn’t mind the walking / golf cart shuttles for the steep hills / distance from the pool. We saw a lot of families with kids and everyone was happy! Diverse clientele - golfers, families, couples of all ages. Complimentary mountain bikes with a State Park head by the pickleball and tennis courts. This was a very nice place.

We enjoyed being at this property. Kids loved the family pool with a slide. We also had a smaller pool across our building, and that made it so much easier with kids. If you need some quiet adult pool, it is available near the lobby area. Everyone we came across was kind, and the service was amazing. The pizza at their restaurant was delicious. Don't miss out on the beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

The most relaxing, comfortable resort with friendly staff. We came for our babymoon and had a very good time. We upgraded our room and had lots of extra space. The pillows and beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The pools were very clean and enjoyable. The restaurants are very good. The only tip I have is to book at the different point of view ahead of time to catch the sunset, we only got to go at night but it was still amazing.

This hotel is massive complex, and in a really cool spot. The staff is really nice, but the rooms and facilities are run down.
The gym is legitimately only two Peloton bikes, a flat bench and random unpaired dumbbells on the ground…. Inside an old, unused pool bar. It’s worth a visit for sure.
The rooms were pretty beat up, and notable that there were random phone cords everywhere. Like, enough that it’s worth mentioning in a review.

Carpet looked like an animal had its way with it, and TV (cable) didn’t work. Electrical outlets were also hit-or-miss.

I guess my biggest gripe at the end of the day is the resort fee…. It would have been nice to know there was no gym before I booked, OR had a discounted resort fee. I would challenge Hilton to show me any of their ‘resort properties’ that doesn’t have a gym. The other issues just compound that problem.
But, again, nice staff and beautiful property, but I certainly wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel.

It was our first time visiting Phoenix. Staff was very kind and helpful with directions and any questions we had. Location was great and secluded with an awesome view and lots of attractions surrounding the resort. They have golf carts going all day and you can request to be picked up or dropped off where ever around the resort. Definitely a nice perk to being there with all the hills.

The only negative thing was that people who were not guest able to go and enjoy one of the more private pools. They were very loud, drinking with super loud music.

Overall it was not a bad experience, we’re not going to let one night ruin our stay. Everybody enjoys their fun. We will definitely visit again

Wonderful experience. Check in was informative, smooth & quick. The room (K suite) was spacious,|well appointed & clean. The toiletry products were very nice. Resort amenities were great (multiple pools, hot tubs, bike usage) plus MANY hiking trails accessible from property. Staff were extremely responsive and respectful.

Google keeps asking me to do a review for this resort. I'm going to give two honest reviews. The first one as a guest the second one as an employee. I have been here several times and I've never had a bad experience. They have several polls 7 to be exact. The views are stunning. It is an older resort, in my opinion it's beautiful it's been lived in and love for a long time. As an employee I absolutely love my job. I am very blessed to say that I get to go to a resort to work. I love to see the happy families having fun swimming in the pool. I've been there a little over 2 years and not a day has gone past that they are not working on fixing something or making something better. They are constantly upgrading this place as best as they can while remaining open. Since I have been there they have remodeled the rooms with new mattresses, they have worked on all the roofs upgraded the wi-fi, and are fixing all the balconies. They are constantly striving to make this a better place. In my opinion it's a well-loved old resort and I love the ambience.

This Hilton property was a relaxing getaway for the weekend. The staff were friendly and ensured our stay was greeted with a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and luxurious. We didn't use the pool but the pool looked beautiful. The resort is massive and we found that the complimentary shuttling service was accommodating during our stay. I highly recommend this property for a getaway of all ages and reasons!
