It's been several years, but I wanted to leave a review since I didn't before.

I was researching the area while on a solo trip and found this gem through my Hilton membership.

It's a conference center, but has a nice pool and location on the water. The rooms were more "business" than "vacation", but very nice, spacious, and comfortable.

I ordered room service a few times and it was very good. The few times I needed anything and couldn't get down to the lobby, they were very attentive and prompt.

Interesting area on the bay with a lot to do!

Mixed experiences. The walls are very thin; couples should keep this in mind...My neighbors traumatized me because I could hear everything. Violating and invading the privacy of each party. If the hotel books you a room next to the elevators, run, don't look back. I had a fun high school winter formal here. I stayed for a few weekends. If sports clubs/teams are staying, your hallways will be very active. A mixed bag with potential.

Rooms need updating and would rather not see rust and poor ceiling patch jobs in the bathroom. Smelled damp, and no ventilation in the bathroom, room windows were wet with condensation. Lobby was pretty and decorated for the season. Staff were friendly and efficient. Nice location on the lake.

It was actually a wonderful stay regardless of the negative review on here! Great location and very very wonderful staff!! Andrew Taylor was so accommodating and polite and just pure joy from the moment we walked in. The front desk receptionist were so wonderful too! It was worth the price for sure!

Nice and peaceful stay!

Booked directly from Hilton site instead of any travel site. The online checkin and checkout was a breeze and avoids any waiting at reception.

The room was on the 4th floor and came with a good view of the lake. It was clean and nice.

The restaurant (with a view) also had good food options and the staff were quite helpful.

Got a view of the space center as well.

Note: The bathroom is a bit small and feels it should have more ventilation

We had a great stay at the Nassau Bay Hilton. Room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious & the ladies who helped serve us was helpful & kind. When I needed help getting ice for the room Andrew Taylor was always willing to help & had great manners. We will stay again when down this way.

Deceiving and Disappointing – A Complete Rip-Off!

My company pays for the room and incidentals, yet somehow can't use the card on file for incidentals(they send 2 cards!!! One for the room one for the incidentals), forcing you to provide your own. To make matters worse, they slap on an unexpected parking fee—no one ever mentioned that! They just ask for your truck info for a pass,
but it's all a sneaky way to double dip and charge extra.

And don’t even think about wearing work clothes, especially high-visibility orange shirts. You’ll get nothing but judgmental stares as you walk by. But as soon as you change into casual clothes, suddenly the staff is all smiles and hellos—my coworkers and I all noticed. If you're looking to be taken advantage of and treated like second-class, this is the place for you!"**

Carpet in room had stains, hot water was in and out, mold on caulking throughout bathroom.
25$ for breakfast per person and then the waitress tipped herself 18% gratuity for a self serve breakfast.
9$ for parking per night…seriously?
Unused washcloths on counter had pubic hair in them.Won’t be booking myself or any other employees here ever again after this experience.
