Wonderful experience here! The staff was amazing. My friend was ill while here and I asked for extra blankets and ginger ale and they brought it immediately! Everyone was so accommodating. The food here is good and the bar staff was so nice. The location was great as well! I will definitely be back to stay here. So much to do in Chicago!

Staff was great, location was great, room was very comfortable. Made our trip very goo's. The vacation sales people were also very courteous and welcoming. Enjoyed the presentation. It was nice to learn about the hilton business and all of the amenities they offer.

Antonio and Tyler were amazing at the front desk concierge! Great moods and always willing to be attentive. The room was beautiful with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel. Location is in walking distance from many restaurants and bars.

This is not a typical Hilton setup. No check-in on the app.
Close to shopping and Navy Pier, not that close to the train lines.
Not the best service and room condition. Shower didn't work correctly and had low water pressure. The powered blind setup was broken. Some genius outfitted our King bed with a queen sheet. Asked for a new sheet, they blew us off. The next morning I found a housekeeper in the hallway to help. She was great. Beware - Parking is $62/night.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom on the 21st floor. Very peaceful and relaxed room atmosphere. The street traffic and sirens heard were heard, but not overbearing. There’s a small sink, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette. 4 glasses and. Wine cork screw. No other kitchen sullies. Shares the lobby with the Doubletree Hotel. Starbucks coffee and pastries are available for purchase in the AM and there’s a bar food service area that sporadically offers food and beverages throughout the day. Just steps from the HGVC building there’s a variety of places to eat or gather for a drink. Very convenient location to enjoy all that Chicago has to offer. Parking has a daily fee, but is convenient if you’ll be driving. The parking spaces are tight in the structure so take your smallest car that you can!

Arrived on a Sunday and from the time I checked in, the staff was very professional and friendly. Making sure that if I needed anything, they were here for me. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Would recommend. Plus, the cookies are amazing of course.

Normally we love HGV, but I'm over tired of them not being able to provide synthetic/hypoallergenic bedding even when we request it in advamce and then having to wait a day or two to get such. This should not be an issue at any HGV but is becoming the norm and quite s8mple unacceptable (it is easily solved!). Pullout is better than most and room is big and setup nicely. Location is great, but no views from our side. Danielle at check-in was great, friendly and efficient and she should be recognized for such.

We had a great 1 bedroom unit on the 26th floor. Very nice and well maintained. Good location. It is actually shares the same building as the Doubletree. The location on Google maps isn't correct.
