This hotel was awesome! We utilized the pool and the exercise room. Both areas were clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This was my first time in Schaumburg and this hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions. This hotel would of received 5 stars BUT the girl at the front desk asked like she didn't want to be at work. We were not greeted, she didn't ask if we needed any assistance while we were browsing the mini market, and she didn't make eye contact. Above all we enjoyed our stay.

The service was excellent! We especially enjoyed the breakfast! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in town. Thanks!

For now my review will be a 2, once my issue is addressed it will be a 4 or 5, because I do love this location.

Nicolas has had going on 24 hours to respond, he asked how my stay was, and I provided constructive criticism to him and he didn’t answer, I was just trying to help others experiences going forward.

Some one needs to talk to Nicolas and train him better on responding to all types of feedback in a timely manner, I know he saw my message but simple ignored it, maybe even swipe deleted it away, who knows.

I mean he asked me? It’s not like I called and pulled a Karen about it, booking my room was great though the phone staff were so kind, and the Hilton grand vacation department was so nice too!

Front desk lady was very nice too!

Hilton will forever be the hotel I choose and this place is my home away from home please address my issue.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kind, helpful staff at check-in. Sergio was a great one man bartender, server, and busser. The cleaning staff did a good job cleaning our room. Pool was cold and very busy. The hotel staff accommodated our group gathering in the lobby each night.

Great location. Close to alot of stores and restaurants. Average Hilton room. It was clean and well kept. The beds are on the harder side, but not too uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet/menu is very cost affordable as compared to a restaurant with good quality and selection.

John was a great bartender and paid attention to us the entire time, never having to wait for service. He had a great demeanor and was hilarious in conversation. Not very common in my experience with Hotel bartenders. The entire staff has been great.

John was an incredibly welcoming and accommodating bartender during our weeklong stay of business meetings. We arrived on a Sunday and were there for three days and nights, always in the bar in the evening, and he made us feel like valued guests

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, in a great location and Michaela at the front desk is super nice, friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, I wish the light in the bathroom was a little brighter. This was definitely a great choice.
