I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with its convenient location. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

However, be aware that parking comes with an additional cost of $25 per day, which felt a bit steep. Additionally, while the hotel offers breakfast, there is a separate fee for it, which I didn’t expect.

Great location, near airport and not far from the city. We are happy and very satisfied with this facility and guest service, highly recommended. I must give my special thanks to Lauren who was extremely professional, patient and incredibly helpful during our stay.

1. We booked the room with Chase Travel but forgot to link my Hilton honor account with it. She checked it out, and gave us free waters (otherwise gonna be $2.5/bottle) knowing the situation.

2. We were stupid to bring those water to the GSW home game and had to throw them away by security check without opening it. Lauren kindly understood this case and gave us 2 more after we were back from the game.

3. We heard some high-pitch machine noises (maybe due to vent) periodically in room. She followed me to try to perform a room inspection. After several tries still cannot locate the root cause, Lauren took notes for later maintenance and immediately switch us a different room which was perfect.

All small things adds up to great customer experience! Will stay here for the next time for sure!

We stayed 12/5-7. I forgot the name of the Asian manager... I think Quac (apologies if I'm wrong). He was super nice and understanding. Marc was also nice.
The Saturday morning breakfast was chaotic and took time for us to have a seat because it wasn't cleaned. But the server guy was doing a great job under the pressure.
The room and the facility was clean. The laundry and gym were convenient.
I didn't like that there was no sheer curtain in my room. But there was no other available room on the first night. I should've requested to change the room right away.

Nice hotel near the airport. We stayed twice in a span of few days and both times our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great smelling. The made to order breakfast was really good. The customer service is non existent though. The front desk staff doesn’t even smile or make eye contact when you communicate with them. I asked for housekeeping service after 2 nights and was told they had no spots available but they would replace the towels and take out garbage. When we came back in the evening, nothing was done. This isn’t the level of service you expect from a Hilton hotel.

I've never had an experience as pleasant as this. It was only one night to catch an early flight, but the staff made me want to stay. Absolutely wonderful.

I am so happy with my stay at this location. I can’t speak highly enough about my entire experience from booking the hotel until checkout. I LOVED my stay. The entire staff is so friendly. Kwok Chung checked me in and kicked the entire experience off for me. He was so friendly, patient and welcoming. I had to stay away from home for over a week and everyone here made my stay so lovely throughout every day. I don’t know how they hire their staff here but every single person from front desk, to the dining/bar, to the cleaning and maintenance was SO friendly and helpful! It didn’t matter when I approached them or for what, they had my back and took care of my needs. Even the overnight front desk, Kaleo Gallero was so friendly. Event out of his way to help someone at midnight with their personal issues and was so kind and patient upon returning to them help me with my own needs. He was so patient and so professional and so friendly! They made me want to move in there it was so enjoyable. I didn’t wrote down everyone’s names but every person working there from December 6th clear through December 15th was AMAZING! Eryka at the front desk, Quinjana a housekeeper, Malia, Bernadette, Kaiya, Mark Fulgar, I want to thank all of you. You were angels in my life when it could have been a totally stressful trip for me but you made it like a better home than my own. The rooms are so clean and they are so fast at meeting the needs of guests. There were a couple of ladies working at the bar and they were so kind and outright talented at their jobs! They handled the entire bar and restaurant floor along with the chefs! Omg the chefs! For breakfast almost every single day I had the best food! Unlimited coffee and they always made sure it was fresh and full! I was spoiled! I’m so grateful. I just can’t express it enough and am so amazed at how in the world this place found so many people that make the hotel run the way they do. It’s a five star experience for me and I’ve stayed at some posh places. I was talking with several different hotel guests during dining hours throughout the trip and we kept talking about how amazing the hiring manager is at recruiting the talent and the compassionate people at this location. It boggled our minds!
Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn for everything! The pillows — I have to say, the pillows! I loved them!!! My bed was so comfy! My room was so clean. I loved the spacious room! It was huge!
It was so quiet! I was able to leave my window open every single night and woke to the sound of fog! Happy camper here! Thank you!!
I hope everyone working here gets a raise this season. They deserve to be treated as well as they treated me and everyone else staying here.

This hotel is very conveniently located by the airport so for early morning flights, it is very much worth the stay. I also appreciate how close it is for CalTrain so was able to stay and drive a few minutes to park and take the train to the Giant's stadium. The staff are always so friendly and the rooms are consistently clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel location was convenient BUT the service was not great. I am loyalty member and was not greeted or recognized for the level of loyalty, even when I asked about adding the points. The service on the desk was minimalistic and not very customer focused at all.
