We came to Roseville to visit family members we have not seen for years due to my husband being in the military. We stayed during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Tatiana Poli gave us the best Christmas our family could ever have! Our family felt comfortable visiting at the lobby. Tatiana was engaged with our children and never made them feel bad for playing and having fun with each other during Christmas Day. She went out of her way to make us feel like we are the most special guests! However she did not do that just for us. We saw her provide amazing customer service and gave out the warmest holiday cheer to everyone around. Thank you Tatiana for being so hospitable, Hilton is lucky to have you! You may just convert us from loyal Marriott members to Hilton with the top notch service you provided us!

Everything went very smooth, including our arrival which occurred at 3AM in the morning. The crib we requested was in the room. Our adjoining rooms were ready. Breakfasts were very good with excellent service. There was an issue with the bill when I checked out but it was cleared up immediately. The staff was very responsive overall.

This was a great location to stay near Lincoln, where our family holidays were spent. The staff was very attentive, willing to answer to conditions in the room. We stayed on the third floor. Even though our room faced the highway, the noise faded out quickly and no issues falling asleep. Our rooms were ready before check in time and very clean. Highly recommended.

Booked an over night stay here at The Hilton Garden Roseville for work once or twice m. The rooms are outdated and older, which means the carpet is probably scary. I had a room on the first floor and it's OK. It's clean enough. This room did have a faint smell of old dingy room. The location is nice and the area seems safe. Overall it's OK here. It's hit and miss here regarding cleanliness and room odor on which rooms you pick or are assigned to. I wish Hilton would get rid of all carpets in ALL their hotels, which would help with the odor. I would stay here again only if it's just an overnight trip or 2 days max. (3.5 🌟 overall)

The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, making small talk and wishing me happy holidays. The room and amenities were wonderful, and the digital key made the stay very simple. The gym was open 24hrs which made it ideal for someone who is busy with family during the day and needed to get a workout in at night.

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary in the area and we got a room for ONE night and if the hidden fees weren't enough price of the room went from $145 online and when we got there it went to $220. There were red stains on the ceiling above the bed and alot of stains on the carpet and lamp shade! But don't worry we can at least sleep in. NOPE wall shaking construction from 8am-noon when we checked out! And half the channels on the TV don't even work! So much for a Hilton experience

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the service was friendly. The location is convenient, close to shopping and restaurants in Roseville.

The only disappointment was they charge for breakfast. Maybe that's normal now, but it used to be free at Hilton Garden Inn.

A good value for the price, I'll stay here again when I have business in this part of California.

The room amenities were very good. Hotel service and made sure my room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel location is close to shops, malls, and a number of restaurants. Also, hotel is only a ten minute drive from my family.
