The Staff at this hotel went out of their way to be accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were clean, atmosphere was nice and even though the restaurant is pretty casual, the food was very good! The pool area is family friendly with a zero depth pool area for small children, a nice pool and hot tub.
We have been here several times and will be back again.

Very courteous staff. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were good for a night or two. This is a good location for food and right off the highway. I stay at HGI in many cities around the country. They always have a good room and good food. They are my fav. This one was as good as or better than any. Recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the hot tub relaxing! There is a restaurant on site, but we opted for a local establishment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We also visited the Hard Rock Casino nearby.

Great rooms. Very clean. Indoor pool for kids. They allow pets. Have great food for dinner and breakfast plus a little store with snacks. What more can you want? The front desk person was very helpful and friendly also.

I was really excited for my kids to finally play in a pool with a splash pad and this was the main reason I booked this hotel. I was so disappointed in the pool. It was disgusting. The pool water was foggy, it wasn’t clear like it should be. The floors were slimy and the equipment looked like it hasn’t been clean in ages. I only let them play in there one day and I will just pray my kids didn’t catch anything from this pool. Will never stay again.

Has streaming services which is great! But the fact my room was 77 degrees all night and no climate control working pretty much sucked to fall asleep in my toilet only flushed 30% of the time which is cool …. Rockford IL is a dumpy hotel area as a whole so if looking to stay I recommend going to a different city

My room was very nice. The only complaint I have is that my toilet would run sometimes and my hotel phone didn't work. I did tell the front desk, but no one came. Otherwise, the food was good, the bartenders were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We stayed for two nights and asked three different employees to make our bed only and no one ever did....when we left and checked out, the two employees at the desk didn't even ask us how our stay was and didn't thank us or anything. Another time walking to the elevator an employee didn't even acknowledge us. I guess we are used to better customer service than this. We also have worked in customer service for years. Otherwise our room was nice. There's a lot of competition in the area with the Hard Rock Casino right there. We will stay somewhere else next time.
