I was there on a Tuesday night. The lobby is welcoming, but the desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. I called down for some Kleenex as the box in the bathroom was empty, but it never arrived. I would not recommend room 225 because it is just above all the condenser units for the AC units, and it was quite noisy. The room was clean. No laundry bag. Breakfast was good, but the biscuit was a bit tough. Daphne, the server at breakfast, was delightful and engaged.

With the exception of the cleaning ladies who asked us if we were checking out each time we left the room, our stay was very pleasant. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with your needs. The hotel lobby is suitable for comfort and provides a variety of seating options. Additionally, it is aesthetically pleasing with a modern and clean style! As a family of five, we were able to wash and dry our clothes, watch the two televisions in the room, and enjoy the main floor spaces for work and meals. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The room was spotless and in great condition.

Rooms was nice for our quick stop. Restaurant was super overpriced with not very good good. Food took a very long time to come out and came out 1 or 2 entrees at a time, so everyone was eating at different times. Our morning waitress was great.

The night time check in clerk was amazing. The day shift was OK, but a convention was in town, so maybe they were just tired.
My room was great, and the location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do.
The food situation left a little to be desired. Breakfast is NOT provided, but can be bought. The little hot/cold bar that many hotels offer for free now is 12 for adults/8 for kids. They also have a full menu for breakfast and dinner. I had brought my own food, but my daughter had a croissant from the cold bar. She said It was hard.

We spent five days and four nights at this property. After our first night, we returned to our room late in the day, exhausted and arms full of pizza and sodas. The key cards did not work, and the digital key did not work. I walk back to the front desk, and she rekeys the cards and sends a new digital key.||I returned to the room, but the new cards and digital key did not work. So, I went back to the desk again. She keyed another, and she walked back with me to open the door for me. I thanked her and walked into our room to discover that it had not been serviced.||I walked back to the front desk to ask about it, and I was told the rooms are only serviced every other day. I said that we needed clean towels, and she disappeared for a few minutes. When she returned, she said housekeeping would bring them to my room.||So I don't undress to shower, and I wait. Two hours later, I got tired of waiting and returned to the front desk. I am told that they are still washing them. I say, "You don't have any clean towels in this hotel?" She says no, we don't. So I went back and waited much longer than I wanted to be awake. I go back to the room and write up a review, and Francine, the General Manager, apologizes via a response on TripAdvisor.||The next day, we were tired and back late in the day again. When we went to our room, the key cards and digital key didn't work. I walked back to the front desk, and I got new cards.||I got in the room, and it was not made up; no fresh towels or paper cups, and the previous two days garbage was still overflowing from the one tiny bin. I was told yesterday that the reason it wasn't serviced was that it is done every other day. This was the “other day”, and it didn't get serviced. Garbage is overflowing, and there are no clean cups or towels.||But here we are on the day the room should have been cleaned, and it did not happen. And the keycard doesn't work again. I walk to the front desk, get fresh towels, and complain about the room not being serviced.||The next morning I walk up to talk with Francine, but she is not in, so I talk with a gentleman I assume is the Assistant Manager. He assures me it will be taken care of. He asks if he can compensate me and I say I just want to room cleaned. I let him know we are on our way out to do a tour.||We got back about 4 pm, and the key card did not work, but the digital key did. We walked into our room, and it had not been serviced. I walk up to the front desk and ask to speak with the gentleman I talked to that morning, but he is gone.||My wife laid down for a nap while I texted Angela that we were done with Hilton. She texted back a few minutes later and said housekeeping was still at the property and could come to clean the room. I told her not to bother that my wife was sleeping and I was about to take a nap.||Five days and four nights with no room serviced. Yes, there was an offer on the last night, but we were beyond that.||I cannot think of a time when I have experienced this bad of a stay at any property.

The hotel is very nice and has great accommodations. The front desk staff is very nice and courteous and several times Angela has made me and my fellow coworkers laugh out loud from our conversations! She needs a raise because she is the only reason I'm even giving this hotel a couple stars in the service area.

The staff at the breakfast area is completely rude and makes me feel very unwelcomed. I'm staying here on business and my company has provided vouchers for me and my coworkers to eat breakfast. I have only been eating from the buffet area itself and not ordering something special from the kitchen. But I've had several comments made by the buffet personnel making me feel very upset because they are expecting a tip. Today as I walked up to make my plate and grab my drink a gentleman from inside the kitchen who was working both as a waiter and cook said to one of the waitresses "watch out (name) these are the BIG TIPPERS" .... This was completely uncalled for and totally rude. The day before he made a comment saying that he was calling in if we are going to be here tomorrow since we don't tio... They have definitely been talking about us as clients behind our backs and with these kinds of rude comments it makes me never want to come to this hotel again.

I should not be expected to tip for a meal that I am not getting served. I am serving myself. I have not asked any of them for any special items and I even stack our plates and other items like cups and garbage so it's easier for them to remove from our table once we are done.
I recommend this hotel to make an adjustment either by sending this person to an HR meeting on sensitivity or just replacing him with someone who doesn't expect a tip to do the bare minimum.

This hotel is horrible. I couldn’t get into my room because the key pad on my door was dead. There was water all over the bathroom floor due to it being a leak under the sink but the front desk employee didn’t believe me at first when I said there might be a leak somewhere. Anytime I ever came to this hotel it was a complete nightmare. But it’s my last time going there. I am DONE with this Hilton location….. if you book a room do not book the first floor because you can hear the ppl above you…walls are very thin…

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was REALLY good (I haven’t seen a hotel offer overnight oats before!)! Staff was really great!

Maybe the only downside is the long hallways. I had the farthest room on the 2nd floor. Luckily a housekeeper told me a shortcut to get to breakfast (walking outside across the courtyard) but it wasn’t intuitive to do that. Maybe provide a map to the people staying in the far wing lol. Oh, and I didn’t have a stopper for my bathtub. Minor stuff really.

Overall, I recommend this hotel and we will be back next year on our trip south. Thanks!
