I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what you'd hope for after a long day of travel. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries.

One of the highlights for me was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great selection of options. I also enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening — the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was top-notch.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around. Parking was easy and safe, which was another plus.

Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. I’ll definitely be returning!

Best service hands down, housekeeping on point and Sloan at the front desk very helpful. Our beds, towels and toiletries were refreshed daily. Low to no noise issues. Breakfast and dinner options were available and tasty! This is our second stay and we look forward to coming back next month!

Easy to get to and easy to find and if you travel for work like I do you can appreciate both of those. Rooms are well kept, and all of the outlets work, which is something I haven't had much luck with lately at hotels.
Food service isn't bad but I believe the staff could do a better job with customer interaction (grabbed buffet for breakfast, never once saw a server and had to track someone down for the tab). Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Wow this hotel is nice!! I needed to check in a bit early so my wife could get ready for the wedding. Janaya was incredible!! She definitely went above and beyond to make our experience great. The staff is super friendly. Definitely would recommend.

Had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Big shoutout to Sushmita at the front desk—she was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed up here for a couple nights and it was great. My company paid for breakfast and they were very diligent to make it very nice. He was like 10 minutes away from a Panera and Costco which worked out perfect for me. I was able to get a top floor which helps it to be quieter but it wasn't noisy as far as I could tell. The front desk staff acted like it was a pain to help but the motel itself was very good.
