From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Prince at the front desk, our stay here was wonderful! Besides Prince, our bartender, who's name escapes me, was so nice, she made a great margarita, and gave top notch service. Joe, at breakfast was kind, efficient, and greeted everyone with a smile. Every employee we ran into had a friendly hello, and smile. Bravo to your customer service!! We will recommend, and stay here again. So glad I'm a hilton honors member!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk service person was very nice and welcoming. He was very helpful. The only thing I don’t really like is that the hotel was pricey and breakfast wasn’t included. The pool was out of order. There’s nothing over here walking distance from the hotel. The tv’s in the room were not smart tv’s, you can’t connect your phone to the tv to watch movies, or YouTube. The waters in the room
Are $3. There was no bible in the bedroom drawer like most hotels, so my stay didn’t feel blessed.

A quick shout-out to the front desk for outstanding customer service. We had a reservation tonight and I had already checked in via the app. Then en route we had hazardous road conditions from Winter Storm Cora. It got bad enough we had to pull off and get another hotel room. I called to let them know we could not get there and she graciously cancelled my reservation and is refunding our payment. We are Hilton Honors members and with that kind of service we will increasingly make Hilton our hotel of choice. Great job!

This could have been a wonderful stay. I'm a disabled veteran and I booked this suite based on the online pictures of the furnishings. Pics showed a couch with ottomans and an easy chair with an ottoman in the living room. Also showed a nice size bedroom with king bed and easy chair with ottoman. The ottomans are important to me as my ankles tend to swell and I need to put my feet up. Our living room had a love seat, single chair and no ottomans. Bedroom had no chair in it. I complained at the front desk and the only solution they offered was to change rooms. I had already unpacked and set up my medical equipment so this was not an acceptable option. No other solution was offered. The shower was a great roll in shower, but the bathroom had no exhaust vent and it was very steamy. There was a small grate in the ceiling (heat? vent?) that didn't seem to heat or vent. Every hotel I have been in had "the book" - notebook style thingie that had information on TV channels, available food, and other hotel and local information. No book. I complained at the front desk and he explained that I need to scan the QR code on the desk. I had assumed this would bring up Hilton advertising so hadn't bothered with it. It would have been nice to have something explaining what the QR code was for. The bedroom had what looked like kitchen cabinets with shelves; no drawers to put underwear, socks, etc in. Who puts underwear, socks, sweaters etc in a kitchen cabinet? As I stated, this could have been a wonderful stay if they would have at least furnished the suite like their pictures showed or even better decorate and furnish it like a real living room and bed room.

Stayed three nights and had to ask for housekeeping. Hence the 3 🌟 service rating.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room would be a 5 🌟 for this type of hotel, except the shower! Part of the door is fixed ( it doesn't move), and the shower head is on the fixed in. Therefore, you had yo get wet to turn the shower on to warm up... poor design.

Pretty disappointed, honestly. Upon check in, we were told about the breakfast in the morning (never was a price mentioned) and then we went downstairs the next morning and they tried to charge us $15 each for a low quality hotel breakfast. We opted to go to a local restaurant instead. The bathroom in our room had weird stains on the ceiling like maybe they had attempted to paint over mold. The sink barely drained. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Our hallway was also lined with trash and used linens when we checked in, it remained like that until the next morning, I assume. The smell of weed and cigarettes in the elevators was enough to knock you over. I really liked the entryway with the cozy little fireplace area, but after you passed that, it went downhill. Definitely not worth almost $200/night. As a Hilton Honors member, I'm incredibly disappointed. Easily the worst Hilton that I've ever stayed in.

Stopped in here for a night. Location worked well for us as it's just off the interstate. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was as expected from this chain, clean and comfortable. Had a good sleep here but nothing out of ordinary either way. Would stay here again.

Going to be honest, not the best stay. All the staff is super friendly and inviting. First, the place just smells bad. The floors all fee like warped soft wood. Our room had cracks in the door l, weird red stains on the air conditioner, the shower had chipped paint and generally had a worn down appearance. The water pressure was awful. The bed was old, stiff and uncomfortable and the pillows were thin saggy and uncomfortable. Linens were not soft and cheap. For the price - this place is horrible value. Not to mention trying to charge $16 for a breakfast that would be free at most hotels. I wouldnt come back here fore half the price. Shout out to the wonderful staff though.
