Super friendly front desk staff; gave us all the hotel details at check-in. Hotel seems clean, bright and spacious. We love the mountain mural in our room. Will mark this one down to visit again if we are in the area.

I recently stayed at this Hilton and was extremely disappointed with the service. In the morning, I realized there were no towels in my room, so I called the front desk to request one. Instead of bringing a towel to my room, they told me I had to come down and get it myself. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Having to run down to the front desk just to take a shower is ridiculous, especially when basic hospitality should include providing necessary amenities to guests. The lack of effort and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request left a bad impression. I won’t be staying here again.

My wife and children attempted to stay here and at check in the clerk was extremely high and had difficulty working. The room reeked of marijuana and the heater was so loud no one could sleep. They also advertised a complimentary breakfast, nope it was $20 per person. We stay at hotels very often and this was by far the worst experience ever so they checked out and had to find another hotel. My wife contacted management and they didn’t care so I have filed a claim with corporate and am awaiting their response. Highly do not recommend.

Had the absolutely worst experience. Manager is the most racist person I have ever encountered. I witnessed him harass a guest for attempting to get breakfast that he clearly paid for. I felt so bad for this young man. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially for a Manager of a public establishment. Will NEVER stay here again.

The bar and restaurant were closed and the ?breakfast? did not meet my expectations. If I had known/if it had been made clear I would have skipped the breakfast option.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We stay here often, and only book our hotels if the Hilton is completely booked. The new renovation gave the hotel a pleasing new look, and the service if still great.
