We needed to get off the hwy as we'd been driving all day. All though it wasn't the first hotel we saw it was right off the interstate they were super nice. Check out to time isn't till noon so that's cool . Breakfast was good I think our bill was about 25$ for the 2 of us for the b buffet.

The rooms are extremely small. The beds are very hard & uncomfortable. The pool is tiny & the pool room is so hot, its hard to breathe. It was like a sauna with a strong bleach smell. We had to leave because my child had an asthma attack. Definitely not worth the price. At least it was clean for the most part.

We stayed here while visiting Palmer College of Chiropractic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel and rooms were very clean and cozy. Loved the bar and dining area. Food was excellent and service was fabulous. Very affordable and extremely comfortable. We had two families , two rooms - not one complaint. Area is very nice , close to everything we needed and plenty of shopping , coffee etc. Breakfast buffet was excellent and satisfying. Dining area is beautiful and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Friendly front desk staff, clean room and bathroom. Room was quite considering we were across from the pool entrance door. Good location. We would stay here again. Very busy weekend in the Quad cities. This was the 3rd Hilton property we checked to get a room and we got their last room available.

We stayed here two nights to visit family. I’ve stayed at hundreds of HGI’s over the years and had started to give up on them and explore other brands. This hotel was the only convenient one for this trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the staff was great. They’ve won me over!

I stayed for one night in October, 2024. The hotel appears newer - clean, comfortable, up-to-date. It's a typical Hilton Garden Inn experience, and I prefer that (I prefer to know what to expect). The room was clean and the front desk service good.

I went to the lobby for dinner and suspected service would not be great because it was crowded and I only saw one server, Mary. However, Mary was amazing in not only her speed, but exemplified hospitality - not just with me, but I overheard her speaking with everyone nearby in a way that would make you think she was the proprietor of her own bed and breakfast...with warmth and friendliness.

Access to the highway was easy. There were typical chain options nearby for food, coffee, and fuel.

We are Hilton diamond members & stay at a lot of Hiltons. This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We were there for the night after a funeral & too tired to go get food, so we ordered from the bar. They did call us when it was ready, which we appreciated, but other than that, every time I called down to the desk, I couldn't get through & had to walk down every time we needed something because the staff kept leaving the desk to visit with other staff.

The food - I had a Margherita pizza & only one tiny tomato slice on the whole thing. My husband a cheeseburger & fries...there were very few fries, the "Chipotle aioli" we asked for was ketchup & dill pickle relish, very heavy on the dill & no spice & there was no cheese on the burger, even though they asked what kind he wanted & we asked for pepper jack. We couldn't get through to mention it & when we brought it up in the morning, they did nothing.

The toilet seat was loose & every time I sat down, it shifted me abruptly sideways & threw my back out. The water pressure was nonexistent & I couldn't regulate it between scalding & cold, there was no middle ground.

We will not be back, nor do we feel we can recommend this hotel. We actually chose to pay more to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn instead of the Hampton Inn, thinking it would be better. Not worth it.

The positives - the gentleman making omelets & serving hot food did a wonderful job and the hotel & room were very clean. The maintenance gentleman heard me mention the toilet seat & went directly to write it down to take care of it. That attention to detail is appreciated. The staff was all friendly, but not doing their job.

This hotel was a fantastic place to stop on our road trip! The pool and hot tub were clean and towels were fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was a strong smell of cologne in the room when we entered, but the room was one of the nicest we stayed in. We did digital check-in/out so we had limited interaction with staff, but those we did speak with were very friendly and helpful!
