Excellent staff. Clean. Good food. Only one negative: the owners recently made decision to go cash-less. I don't support such businesses and will likely stay elsewhere next time. I simply don't like the option of legal tender being taken away from me. Otherwise, great experience.

Positive: This hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and it has a beautiful setup. Negative: The bed was so hard we might as well have slept on the concrete. The air conditioner didn?t work and made the room hot even though we checked a couple times to ensure it was on. Thankfully we could open the window and use my little fan to cool the room.

The hotel is definitely older and a renovation is in the works. But the important things are taken care of such as great service and a clean room. Everything in the room worked as it should and the room itself was spotless. Those are the things that are important to me.

Roach on the ceiling! Cannot perform basic hotel functions! Not surprised Hilton has become anonymous with garbage quality. How is this 4 stars, the restaurant couldn't make 6 chicken wings, barely functional and closes early . The staff was rude. One tiny lotion. The TV is tiny and ancient and can't even access streaming. What a damn joke.

Positive: Checking out. Negative: Stayed 1 night for a Wedding rec at Venuti?s w/shuttle arranged but was told there was none. 2 min before Uber came she said made a mistake. Reserved a king bed w/whirlpool. Didn?t get, asked & was told its a smoking room, didn?t think you would want it.

Front desk staffs are really professional and nice, but there were guests smoking weed in room and I can smell it in my bathroom. The morning breakfast is not free and the quality is definitely not worth the money.

Overall a great place to stay for a night. Rooms were a bit outdated and could tell a renovation is needed. But has a fantastic pool and hot tub, staff is wonderful, and the breakfast/restaurant is pleasant.
