A Complete Disaster

I have never experienced such incompetence at a hotel. Hilton Concord failed at every level—billing, security, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

I was charged multiple times incorrectly, including a pre-check-in hold, a charge at check-in, and a charge after checkout, even though it had been paid. Receipts were manipulated overnight. Billing and management refused to answer or return my calls. The operator even hung up on me.

Security was nonexistent. The parking gates were left open all weekend, allowing anyone to enter and exit unchecked. Rooms were filthy with used, bloodstained sheets. The hotel reeked of weed and amphetamines. Hallways, the lobby, and elevators were dirty. Elevator also has malfunctioning buttons. Loud guests kept us up at night, and staff did nothing.

The lobby’s turning door was broken and hit my heel. I watched as it hit someone else at another interval. Basic Hilton amenities like complimentary water bottles were not provided. The night audit staff switched our room on arrival, charged me again, and made my company cover the bill.

No one at this hotel is accountable. Hilton Corporate should step in. I will be disputing the charges, filing formal complaints, and warning others to stay away. Do not trust this hotel with your money or your stay.

I checked into the Hilton on 11/8/24 at roughly midnight due to the flight. We immediately noticed that our bathroom was not clean; we saw an open soapbox under the sink, clipped toenails on the bathroom floor, and long strands of hair in the shower. The toilet was also not clean. This made us question the rest of the room's cleanliness, forcing us to look under the covers at the pillows and sheets. It appeared everything else was clean. We were also short a towel set when I identified at booking that there would be 3 occupants.
In the morning, I went downstairs to report the issues and also placed a placard on the door requesting housekeeping. The front desk clerk told me she was glad I stopped by because the housekeeping staff couldn't read English, so she had to tell them. I also asked for extra towels and bottled water as there was none in the room. Our room did not receive housekeeping services when we arrived in the evening. I had to walk down to request towels, and my concern appeared not crucial to the clerk. His reply was simply, "oh sorry about that"
I prefer the Sheraton and Hilton; I was disappointed with the recent trip and had never experienced anything like that from the Hilton brand.

My company hosted a training in the hotel over the last two days, and as a result, I stayed at the property. The hotel itself is early 2000s dated and the rooms itself although somewhat updated, needed a good cleaning. Visible dust on most fixtures and the AC unit was barely staying alive by the sounds it was making in the middle of the night. The worst part was on Wednesday, 1/29, there was an evening event that filled the entire parking lot to the brim. Leaving paying hotel guests nowhere to park.

The best solution offered by staff was to illegally park and then move it later in the evening. Due to an early flight this is quite the inconvenient request. For $19/night, guests should reasonably be able to expect a parking spot available to them.

Dinner service was terrible. 45 minute wait for the food. When the food came out it was cold and wasn’t made right. The bar was messing up drinks. Maya was great and doing her best but there was nobody helping her. No busser & No management around to help either. Terrible way to manage a restaurant. Needs new management. Overpriced frozen food. If you come to this hotel plan to eat somewhere else cause this restaurant is a joke.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Concord and I can confidently say it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the staff. The atmosphere exuded comfort and luxury, making me feel right at home.

The front desk team was incredibly attentive and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, demonstrating a level of professionalism and care that is rare to find. Every interaction with the team was delightful—they clearly take pride in their work.

Special mention must go to the manager, Shiante. Their leadership is evident in every aspect of the hotel’s operations. They personally checked in to make sure my stay was perfect, which added such a personal touch. Their passion for creating memorable guest experiences is truly commendable.

The housekeeping staff deserves high praise as well—the room was spotless, and every detail was meticulously taken care of. It was such a joy to return to a beautifully maintained space after a day of exploring.

The restaurant staff also deserves recognition for their exceptional service. The meals were not only delicious but served with such grace and friendliness. They made dining a real pleasure!

In every department, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel valued and appreciated. It’s clear that Hilton Concord is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where the staff truly cares about their guest's happiness.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Hilton Concord is a perfect choice. Kudos to the entire team for creating such an outstanding experience. I will undoubtedly be returning and encouraging others to do the same!

Best hotel in the Bay. Period. I stay in hotels all the time, and the Hilton Concord is head and shoulders above every other hotel I have stayed in. Everything you need is available within walking distance. The rooms are huge and immaculate. Clean, great staff, I could go on and on.

I just spoke for 2 days about AI in their conference room. (Already checked out) and they shut down all of my access to WiFi including their lobby. Like within 40 mins of me speaking. Then provide no way to get any internet access. Had to walk down the street just to get enough internet access to get an uber to take me anywhere that has internet. I stay / speak at Hiltons 10 times a year and it feels like such a punch in the face OR it it just level of stupidity by management that it needs to be called out

Very moderm.Close to the highway and shopping. Decent breakfast. We checked in late and the staff were very engaging and asked my grandaughter and I if I needed anything. I enjoyed my one night. I loved the coat hooks on the wall. Im happy to return.
