I had a decent stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and pillow. They also had nice smelling soaps and lotions with a TV, dresser, desk, and ironing board. The front desk staff were AMAZING. They were really nice and helpful especially with my experience.

I only rank it 4/5 because the pool WAS AWFUL. The pool had a moldy smell with so many pieces of hair. Cleaning staff also threw away my Student Pass. Food in the restaurant was okay and snacks were a bit overpriced.

James, the shuttle driver, truly went above and beyond. We contacted him upon landing, and he promptly arrived at the pickup point, allowing us to quickly collect our luggage. James' warm demeanor and seamless drop-off service at our vehicle further enhanced our experience. Overall, this Hilton property shines with its affordable $15 daily parking, on-site dining, and relatively peaceful atmosphere, setting it apart from the more crowded hotels in the area.

Barb was a great waitress. My coffee was always full!!! She deserves a raise!!! A great way to spend my morning with jokes and funny comments. She checked on us and ran to us when ever we needed her. She is one of the best waitresses I've ever had.

Hidden Fees and Poor Service – Not Worth the Price

We’ve stayed at Hilton hotels around the world and have never encountered so many surprise charges. These fees should have been clearly disclosed either during booking or at check-in.

We booked a room for ourselves and for my sisters, who were coming from out of town for our uncle’s funeral. While we knew the overpriced $25-per-person breakfast wasn’t included, my sisters didn’t. They walked into the dining area, provided the room number, and were not informed that breakfast wasn’t covered. After grabbing just a yogurt and a granola bar, they were stopped at the door and treated like they were trying to steal. Despite explaining the misunderstanding, the staff insisted they pay—petty and unnecessary.

Additionally, we were charged $15 per day per car for parking, which was never clearly stated in the booking. Had we known, we could have chosen a more affordable hotel that included breakfast and free parking—probably with a nicer room too. Speaking of the room, the laminated wood in the bathroom was falling apart and looked really unclean.

Overall, this hotel lacks value and transparency. We won’t be staying here again.

Barb in the breakfast area was so nice to us. She is a hoot and we will come back! Hope she will still be here. The only complaint was the pool was very dirty. Floating hair and toilet paper rolls at the bottom of the pool. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the stay was okay. Hilton properties are not what they used to be.

Barb was amazing at breakfast !! She had a smile on everyone’s faces and made coming to breakfast even more worth it. All our needs were catered too and if something was needed she was there for us. She really made breakfast a great experience and we appreciate her very much !

Dirty rooms with a transparent curtain. Purple light illuminates the room. Beds seemed okay. Could hear the lobby from my room. Staff was the only saving grace (staff was super sweet), otherwise pretty rundown for a Hilton.

The breakfast and service from Mrs. Barb was amazing. Great food and service. The rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Also a nice view of the city from the room. Back to the restaurant it was clean with a variety of food options to chose from.
