Two days of my stayed, we had problems with the key fob cards and the phone key also didn’t work. One of the person I may add on this review is the bartender named Gustavo very good hospitality and taking good care of us in what we ask and needed. 5 stars for him. To me in another persons to review the front desk people need more HOSPITALITY on how to react with guest. Also the pool was great for the family lots of towels. The room was clean also. And the thing I like was the washrooms in the lobby were always clean no problems using them. Overall 1-10 a 5. And that’s also the restaurant on the property is always great food to eat there and the people also treat you good.

My husband and I traveled to Illinois for a weekend to remember couples retreat with our marriage ministry. This was our first time at this property and we were delighted with the comfortable, spacious, immaculate King suite we booked and the accommodating customer service we received in all areas of the resort. From the upkeep of our room, restaurant waitstaff, and front desk staff, everyone was pleasant, professional and very courteous. It made for a very pleasant and memorable experience. Maggie was our customer service contact and we appreciated her commitment to making sure our stay exceeded expectations.

This hotel is just perfect. Came in for a wedding with my mom and greeted at the front desk by Pontea, the most wonderful, warm hotel receptionist we’ve ever encountered. She made our stay perfect in every way. From the upgrade for our Diamond Hilton honors status to a large and accommodating suite, to the smile and patience of a saint, this woman is meant to be in the customer service industry. Just such a love, and I can’t say enough about how she treated us like family. |In regard to the hotel itself, there is an executive lounge for both breakfast and evening light fare exclusively for top year Hilton honors members, which was absolutely lovely. (They barely exist anymore!). The fitness center was extremely well appointed and I travel a lot and can honestly say that was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been too. The scenery is stunning (we overlooked a snow topped expansive golf course) and there are ample common areas to relax and unwind with privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to be a return guest at this hotel and wouldn’t come to the Chicago area without staying here. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook while attending a wedding in the area. We were treated very well by the staff throughout our stay especially Tracy the front desk manager. The rooms were spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. Parking was easy. Overall it was a very good stay.

I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, and the highlight of my experience was the incredible room and bed comfort.

From the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-designed it was. The décor strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.

The bed was absolutely phenomenal—probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The mattress was just the right level of firmness, and the pillows and linens were soft and luxurious, making it feel like sleeping on a cloud. I woke up feeling completely refreshed every morning.

The attention to detail in the room also stood out. From the blackout curtains ensuring a perfect night’s sleep to the thoughtful touches like a well-placed reading lamp and plenty of charging outlets, it’s clear they’ve thought of everything to make guests feel at home.

This hotel is an oasis of comfort, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again just for the restful experience alone. If you value a great night’s sleep, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Even though we were upgraded to a corner room, it was a bit on the small side. However great location and views of the golf course. The executive lounge offers a happy hour Monday to Thursday from 5-7pm and breakfast every morning. Breakfast buffet is pretty simple with eggs, potatoes, bacon with oatmeal and pastries. Bonus for having a Starbucks coffee machine! Service was point on from the woman who checked us in to bringing us toothpaste to the woman in the exec lounge.

Not my first time at this hotel. We did Galentine there and we had a good time. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. No problem accessing our room. Our neighbors were having a little celebration too. Just a good time overall. Parking no problem.

Very satisfied with our stay here. The hotel is very nice and clean. It has a nice, polished, luxurious feel. We wanted a hotel that was classy without the hustle and bustle of the city, and that also provided parking. This one was perfect. Staff was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
