Make sure you are talking to the right people.
My wife called and spoke with someone about a daybed more than once, emailed pictures, and verified it was an item they could sell. She was told that the mattresses with it were too old (more than 5 years) and could not be sold.
When I got the bed there, the first thing they ask about is mattresses. Said without them, a daybed wouldn't sell and that people don't buy daybeds anymore. They suggested we donate it.
That's fine, but they could have said as much on the phone.
At least everyone was pleasant and business like. I just would have preferred not wasting a couple of hours from their mixed signals.

I will definitely not waste my time sending items to be auctioned off at this place again. Would have made more money selling the items 25 cents each at a yard sale and they were valuable items.

This is not a good place to sell items, they don't try to get anywhere near top dollar, especially if they put your things outside in the barn area. They're in such a hurry and you end up with pennies. It seems they reserve the inside for the items they've thrifted themselves. Not a good ethical way to do business. I won't be back probably for a long time.

Good deals to be had, experienced auctioneers that keep everything moving. People who run it are very nice. Unfortunately there seems to be a group of older people who, for some strange reason, love to run up bids on things and even bid against themselves! They usually do this at the beginning. They are literally just bidding against themselves and paying WAY over for items. I don't know if they do this for fun, to mess with each other..or what. My advice is that they usually leave early, so the deals are to be had later in the auction.

If you love auctions, this is the place to go. Great staff and a good regular crowd. Lots of consignments and estates usually make for an exceptional selection of used merchandise. Auctions are generally on Mondays at 4:30p.m. A preview is usually available after 1:30p.m.

Attended a live auction that started at 430. Before I knew it, it was almost 8pm. Great experience a lot to choose from and great auctioneers
