We had Hilldale cater our wedding and they were fantastic! We started with a general idea of what we wanted, and Sarah helped us create the perfect menu for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. She was super easy to work with and quick to respond whenever we had questions. On the day of, everything went smoothly—the team set everything up, served guests at the buffet, and handled clean-up so well you'd never know they were there. We’d definitely recommend Hilldale Deli for any catering needs!

Hilldale catering was fantastic! The food and desserts were amazing! They set up 4 interactive food stations a grazing table, BYO salad bar, BOY Mac and cheese and slider bar, and a dessert bar. Can’t wait to use Hilldale again. Would 100% recommend!!!

This was my first time trying Hilldale. The food was phenomenal, the prices were perfect, but the best part was that the owner and the staff were so kind! I walked in realized my tap on my phone wasn’t working and I didn’t have my card on me. The owner said with a smile, “No one leaves here hungry and you can just pay me later.” I was able to sort out my card but as a pregnant mamma who really needed some lunch I was so grateful for the kindness and the GREAT food! No more subway! I’m going to Hilldale 😊

Hilldale is a weekly lunch stop for me. I love all there sandwiches, but usually end up opting for the daily special and soup! They have a ton of unique choices for sides, drinks and handmade desserts that you don’t usually fine. The perfect lunch spot!

We recently used Hilldale Deli to cater a luncheon after a funeral service. They made the entire process from start to finish so seamless. We worked with Sarah, who helped us craft a custom menu to fit our needs. Her team had everything set up so beautifully for us so it was ready following the service. The food was unbelievably delicious! I received so many compliments on the food from our friends and family. Afterwards, they came back and collected all of the serving supplies so we didn't have to do a thing. Hands down if you need catering in the Freeport area, give Sarah a call, you will not be disappointed!

First time in Freeport and first time at this place. Food quality is top notch and service beyond top notch. I asked for no meat in my salad and lady double the fruit. Friendly folks and the great atmosphere with cozy dining room.
