I really do not like writing bad reviews! But had too
I came here before and the nails were ok..so I decided to give them another try since it was my bday yesterday! Bad decision.
I’m very disappointed because the lady was rushing with my nails. I had to ask her multiple times to clean the cuticles and file my nails evenly. 😡 I mean who’s the professional? I left the salon very upset because it looks like my nails were painted by a 5 year old and this is gel. 😞 now the color is coming off on the sides and the gel was too old and thick 🤔 I could do a better job than this! Look at the pictures. I’m a business owner myself and I can’t imagine doing a such a bad job for my clients like this. It’s too bad because I live near this salon but won’t be coming back.. I will take my business somewhere else!

After a less-than-pleasant experience at a previous salon, I am happy to say that Hillcrest Nail Spa has become my go-to place for both pedicures and gel extensions.

Every single one of the hardworking ladies at the salon makes me feel welcomed and heard.

I had my nails done by Cindy, and she did an amazing job. The care and attention she gives to all her clients is the same as what she provided for me—the quality of her work truly speaks for itself! 🩶

I went in yesterday for the first time and had an amazing experience! I got a pedicure and acrylics and Tao did an outstanding job. The other two ladies were so sweet and complimented me a ton! Would recommend and will be back!

Cindy did a great job on my nails. I’m always a little nervous trying new nail techs because I’ve been cut in the past, but she was so gentle and careful. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable. I also like that they have seasonal and chrome colors.

Got my gel pedicure and hard gel done today. Quite satisfied with the outcome and their excellent customer service. They’re having a 20% off promotion for all customers for grand opening this month :). Thanks Tammy and Thao for a well done job!

I came back 2 weeks later to get my eyelashes done. I chose the natural looking lashes. They’re light weight and go on so easy without hassles. Tammy spent over an hour on my lashes, meticulously with each strand. They just recently renovated so place is well sanitized with new spa chairs and tables. The place is managed by owners so their customers service is unbeatable!

I’ve been to this salon a handful of times and usually liked how my nails turned out, but my last visit was honestly awful. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician cut the sides of my toenails so harshly that each toe was left bruised, bleeding, and incredibly sore. One toe even developed a blister near the nail, and several got infected. I had to go to the doctor because the pain wouldn’t go away, and I’m still dealing with it. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and it’s really disappointing because I used to trust this place. After this, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Very unhappy not what I asked for took over 4 hours to do a fill, 1 full set, and 2 pedicures we asked for French tip and it was at if nobody has ever done them in their life it’s not even very blotchy did not file correctly to make it smooth pieces of the nail was still sticking out from being drilled. I do not plan on ever coming back here they have no heater it was absolutely freezing cold. For a fill, 1 full set and 2 basic pedicures I paid 206$ and she was still trying to get me another 10$ because she forgot. Money was not well spend at all and one was a child pedicure
