This place was perfect for me. It is at a great location if you’re going to the Grand Canyon. It was just about an hour drive home from there. The drive to GC could take longer due to the lines at the entrance. The gentleman at the reception desk was extremely accommodating. Such a kind and helpful man. My room was small, but that is all I needed. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker, television, and microwave in the room. It was clean and the price was very good. I would come back here again.

The Highlander is a great old style drive up to your room motel. We’ve stayed here every time we come through Williams. Owner is friendly and welcoming. He takes his time to answer questions about Williams and the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and quiet. You have to consider this is an older motel. Prices are very reasonable and the motel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants… great place!

Within 3 minutes of being in the room we realized we would not be comfortable enough to stay here. The bed was very small and wrapped in a very stiff, loud plastic that made it impossible to sit or move without extreme sound and discomfort. The heater made the room smell like dust to the point where we felt we could barely breath and the windows were left open to assist with that issue, but it's winter and 40 degrees outside. I phoned the owners to let them know we were uncomfortable and leaving and they hung up the phone on me when I told them we didn't want to stay. I also was unhappy that we paid an extra fee for my 12 year old to stay because my original booking was for 2. Honestly, with the condition of the room, I wouldn't have stayed for $10. I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend this place.

This is a nice, clean motel right on the strip of Route 66. We stayed one night when we came back from the train ride from the Grand Canyon. It was a cool night and the heat was shut off, so we asked the owner if they had any heat. He kindly provided an electric portable heater for us. The motel was full that evening. Nice chairs and tables in front area of the room. We’ll definitely stay again.

This was a great motel to stay in.
We had a four day stay, the room was clean, A/C worked well and we were very happy here.
The location was close to shops and restaurants and the manager was very helpful.
It should have a better rating.

Highways were closed, I couldn't even get there. Motel Arab staff refused to even talk about canceling the reservation! Don't even think about booking this motel!

This motel is an older one and it smells like it. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, how ever the bathroom was in disrepair. The shower curtain had mildew on it, it had been there for a while. The countertop the sink was in had broken sharp edges that nagged your cloths . The floor towel was dirty.
