Called to inform a paying customer after 2 years of service they were never allowed to work on our spa as it jeopardizes their dealership - conveniently after they broke the cover to our hot tub during a service appointment. They will be hearing from our attorney. Do not recommend this company.

They have a nice assortment of items, and some things I would not have expected them to carry. And even though they are probably quite aware that I am a competitor, they are still always very helpful.

Joe is the best!! He came over to measure a hose for our pool that was leaking and found a $2 solution!! He’s been amazing for years and it’s just awesome to have someone like him and his team to help us with all of the details of running a pool and keeping cool!
