Horrible overpowering gas smell when we first opened the doors. We called and complained and a member of the Lions club came and told us there was no gas leak, " all old buildings smell like that" he said. We had the doors opened for hours to air the place out, as we could not cancel our event. We survived but I would never rent this building again.
