Omg I am so happy i found this place. Moved to HVL a few months ago and have been trying new places after going to the same place in sonoma county for 10 years. You walk in and the shop is obviously incredibly clean which is huge for me. Van, who did my nails, was so kind and detail oriented. I brought my neice who got a pedicure from the man who also did an amazing job, but Van was thee best. As a busy mom i often have to bring my son along and she was so kind as he kicked her in his stroller and played his shows too loud. Talking about her kids being loud and making me feel so relaxed. People, her foot massage was a 20/10 and my gel pedicure was perfect. Great clean welcoming true to the community shop. I will gladly spend all my money here. Thank you Van! So glad to find my new nail shop so close to home.

This is the first nail salon since I moved here permanently and I have to say he did such a good job it still looks good 3 weeks later. You must check this place out not only is the work wonderful he and had such a good time talking together time flew by.

Cut nails to short and uneven. Ouch!! I like to get a pedicure and relax. But I couldn't because there's a kid running around the store. The dad put cartons on for the kid, so no relaxing music and no offer of a drink of any kind. There about eight dollars more than I'm usually paying. I didn't even get any color on my toes. Won't be going back there again.

I called the shop and requested a appointment for a gel fill and one nail replacement. The gentleman answered the phone told me he had no available appointments today and didn't know when he would have a opening. Is the shop that busy to extent he doesn't know when they'll have an opening? Any day ?
Very very rude, unprofessional, and borderline crossing that line.

This place is not really friendly I asked him to take walk-ins he said yes what is somebody before you I reply do you want me to come back he said no I'm booked for the rest of the evening he never asked me if I want an appointment or what did I need it he just stare at me he didn't say anything I never been to a place so rude and I'm friendly.
