The owners of this B&B truly care about hospitality. We woke up to the smell of apple cinnamon French toast that was served in the main B&B corridors or brought to your room with a smile!
The check in/out process was very easy and communication was fabulous!
Our room was the smallest of the units, however provided plenty of room and had the cutest balcony overlooking the hillside and trees!
Close enough to downtown to walk, but still quiet and away from any loud nightlife.

I would NOT stay here again! The customer service was excellent. Amber was exceptional. However, I paid $170 per night and the room smelled terrible! Every time I opened the room door, it reeked of a musty, moldy smell. The room was so small that luggage for two people created a tripping hazard. In both the room and bathroom, there were no shelves/tables upon which to put personal items. There was no shower in the bathroom -- just a hot tub with hand held shower. In the main area, the kitchen needed a good cleaning -- cabinets inside and out, refrigerator, stove, floors - just not clean, in my opinion. I would pay $40 per night for a place like this.

My husband and I stayed there this past weekend and it was awesome! Amber was amazing and the breakfast brought to the room and set up was very sweet! Definitely will recommend to others!!

We stayed here for our anniversary. We were married in the garden a few years back. A very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the morning parade of deer, while having coffee on our private deck. The host, Amber, was amazing. She was very attentive to detail and provided a tasty breakfast in our room. Definitely a place we will stay at again and again.

Absolutely loved it. The place was easy to find and the room was prepared well and ready for our arrival even though it was a last minute booking. The owner was very informative and super friendly. If we hadn't already had to be elsewhere the next night we definitely would have stayed here the whole weekend.

John was absolutely excellent! Extremely nice and accommodating. He even offered to give us a ride in to town when we told him that we did not have our car with us, and let us know about the history of the home and the area! He was very thorough when telling us about our suite and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location was the in the perfect spot - close to everything while still being secluded. The breakfast and coffee were right on time and did not disappoint. Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

We visited Eureka Springs for the first time and stayed at Hidden Springs. The owner was extremely nice and took the time to tell us the history of the property. He also brought us a delicious breakfast each morning. We stayed in one of the cottages and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. If you are looking for a quaint place to relax and get away, this is the place. My only suggestion to the owner would be to upgrade the pillows it is definitely time to replace. It was our first visit to Eureka Springs and this B&B very much fits the vibe of the whole town.

My husband and I eloped at this quaint and quiet bed and breakfast in December of 2021. John, the owner and officiant went above and beyond making sure everything was to our liking. We recently went back this June of ‘23 to finally stay for a couple nights for a late anniversary trip. John, again went out of his way to make sure our stay was PERFECT. The room was very clean and nice and cool for it being so hot outside. They serve you breakfast and coffee right to your cottage door. Everything we could have expected was beyond expectations. He was very knowledgeable with the town and different things to do as well. HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a quaint and quiet stay that feels like home. We will without a doubt stay here again.
