The venue is so perfect you don't have to do much for any event! the foliage, the lights, the front of the property sets the tone, the inside is a beautiful area and the back of the property with the gazebo is exceptional. I hosted my daughters baby shower - 75 people in total outside in November - great venue and reasonably priced!

Booked Hidden Oaks for my daughters Sweet 16 photoshoot and couldn't be happier. The name says it all, it's a nice hidden location with great spots to take photos throughout. Would definitely recommend it.

The location itself is very well kept and maintained through the premise.

Shout out to Chenée for her exceptional service and working with us to make this a special moment for my daughter. We cannot thank you enough!

Hidden Oaks Retreat Center is such a beautiful location and I'm so happy my sister and her now husband chose to have their wedding here. Immediately when you step onto the venue grounds, you can feel a special presence, which impacted all of our guests.

-Location-
The location is beautiful beyond words. It's perfect for holding intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our guests were shocked that such a place even existed! We loved the greenery, fountain, gazebo, literally everything this location had. But most of all, we loved the values this location abides by which is a major reason why we knew this was the perfect location for the wedding.

-Site Supervisor-
Tabatha was the site supervisor who was assigned to my sister's event. She was supportive, helpful and a huge blessing to my family. She assisted us throughout the entire process and made sure everything was running smoothly. She recognized and answered to my mom's need for help while setting up prior to the ceremony which was really touching to my family.

-Helping Hands-
We hired the helping hands service to assist us throughout the night and they are some of the most kind people I've met. They demonstrated a positive attitude and attended to everything we asked help for. They were timely, organized, and overall they did everything with love and grace.

I can't express how blessed my family and the wedding guests were on the night of my sister's wedding. I will continue to recommend this venue to others and I pray that God blesses each and every one of the staff who helped my sister have her dream fairytale wedding.

I attended a wedding and the staff managing the location were all very rude. They were not able to fully accommodate the newly weds on a rainy day. The groomsman had to pay out of pocket for the guest to have umbrellas since they didn’t allowed ez-ups. The rest of the staff seemed unorganized and did help with much of the setting up or cleaning up. Family had to do all that so definitely DO NOT recommend the venue.

After seeing other similar reviews regarding rudeness from staff at this venue, I feel it’s important to warn others who might be considering having a wedding here. Weddings are stressful as it is, Unexpected things happen and when they do, you would hope that everyone would do their best to come together and help the bride and groom have a wonderful wedding. I feel like the attitude and tone from the very beginning from the staff at this venue was as if, we as guests, were an annoyance and inconvience. I don’t see how you are going to pride yourself as a Christian venue with all of its strict codes and regulations but not reflect the heart and attitude of Christ towards your guests on their wedding day. I just can’t fathom being in the service of hospitality and having such an inhospitable spirit. If you’re looking for a place that is warm, friendly and kind, this is not it.

The workers and staff were all super respectful, friendly, and hard-working. The gazebo is beautiful, the inside of the building is spacious, and the bridal room is big enough to really fit a whole party of girls. With outside weddings, it's difficult to please me - I have a huge phobia of bugs. But thankfully, there were no bugs or flies around to frighten or truly irritate. Thank goodness!

The grounds were beautiful but they only had one bathroom that was wheelchair accessable and had to walk steps to get to the others. Very upsetting. The staff was rude about the bathroom not being accessible. Please think of people who need a wheelchair to get around. It's not fun to begin with.

Beautiful event location. I recently attended a wedding here and several other events in the past. It is affordable to rent and has lots of space to accommodate a myriad of occasions.
