We stopped by this spa on our way to LA from San Francisco and had a good experience. The prices are quite affordable—about 40% less than other spas, which often require booking a day in advance. Omg!! this is insane…my boyfriend and i went to get a massage here one lady was coughing and sneezing on me while doing my massage, and laughed while doing so. when she did my arms or legs she would slam them down. Once we finished she THREW my clothes at me so rudely!! my boyfriend said it wasn’t that bad she literally BURPED when she came into his room but at the end he saw how rude they were towards us and decided to leave a $5 tip because of their attitude, they raised their voice at us and demanded more and we said no because of how rude they were and how medium the massage was. She was waving the $5 in our face and asked why and we just said thank you and left to avoid arguing.

Walked in without an appointment with 3 people. We were quickly roomed. The rooms/linens were fresh and clean. My massage was just ok, as it felt rushed. No check at any point about pressure. I left my underwear on, only to have the masseuse pull them down below my butt with little attempt to keep me covered. For 3 people, we paid $150 on a credit card then I handed the man checking us out a $50 bill and requested $25 back in change. He said $30 was better and handed me $20 for my change as the three masseuses all stood right there. It was awkward and they seemed unhappy as they practically stood in our way as we excited. We will not be going back.

I've had a couple of decent massages there, usually come away relaxed. I wanted to treat my adult daughter today. Today was not good. My person just pressed hard thru the majority of time, only two minutes actually massaging, the rest just hard pressure. Disappointed. My daughter's person did weird high pressure on certain areas, including one butt cheek. The woman actually pulled her pants down half way on her bottom! I didn't know until we left. Neither treatment was relaxing, but I still left a tip. I don't know their language but it was obvious they weren't happy with the tip. Last time going there.

I had my 1st 90 min massage here last week. I was a walk in. They got me right in, with no waiting. Massage was excellent. Very professional masseuse. She checked in with me several times to make sure I was doing ok. They will see me again for sure!
