I read your review previous about my wedding bringing unapproved alcohol. How about you give us a call, as we will provide you with the text messages between us and Riley where she explicitly states YES YOU CAN BRING YOU OWN ALOCOL more than once. If you had a problem with us brining our own alcohol, maybe you should advise your staff to not encourage us to do so. I can provide you with ALL the messages where she said it was completely fine to bring our own alcohol for before the bar opens AFTER we explicitly asked her about the no outside alcohol policy!!!! She even said we could BOTTLE our own moonshine to drink before the bar opened. Like I said, we are more than happy to provide you with the text messages between our party and yours as we didn’t delete anything for this EXACT reason.
Additionally, you said you would’ve advised against hiring a coordinator? Funny. Because after we gave Riley our final count, she proceeded to say that it was required we have a wedding coordinator. Had we known it was optional, we definitely wouldn’t have wasted the money on your coordinator.. Additionally, Riley was almost impossible to find the entire night. And she didn’t arrive early enough for us to file a complaint about the cleanliness of the venue outside before the wedding. Therefore, we had to clean the outside ourselves. In regards to our DJ, it was also RILEYS idea to place the DJ in front of a fire escape. Seems to me like your issues lies within your own staff. We will NOT be recommending this venue or your services to anyone.

Truly wonderful experience at Henrekin Pines! My daughter got married there, and so it will always be a special place for our family. Jim and Jamie were so very helpful and kind, making the event run smoothly. The building felt warm, inviting and was beautifully decorated. Perfect venue for the wedding event! The owners really care for the place, and really care about their clientele. We would highly recommend Henrekin Pines!

Venue and the ceremony was beautiful, and the owner of the property (Jim) was very hospitable and friendly. Major issue number 1 was the WiFi was not working. So we had to use cell phone hotspots so our DJ could perform. The brother of the bride had to hotspot to the DJ. Major issue number 2, we were advised we couldn’t use anything artificial. However, upon arrival at the venue to set up, there were artificial flowers and petals all over the lawn from a previous wedding that was not cleaned up. The wedding party spent half the day cleaning the mess from the previous wedding. However, we hired Riley, (with the venue), to be our wedding coordinator, but she did absolutely nothing to help and was extremely pushy. The family of the bride had a LOT of trouble contacting Riley to make the final payments. Multiple attempted calls, texts, and emails. And no response was received until 2 days before the wedding. She was very difficult to get ahold of throughout the whole process. When setting up decor, she kept changing things or telling us how to do it even though we wanted it a certain way. She made an issue of the DJ being set up in the one corner, instead of another, when there was no difference and that’s the way we wanted it. During the rehearsal she was very rude and was not professional at all. At the wedding she did absolutely nothing to help with getting people ready for photos or lining people up for the ceremony (the father of the bride was still outside and a family member had to find him). She sat behind the bar all night and did not contribute at all. She was also was very judgmental overall was very unhelpful and we would have been much better off without her as she literally did nothing. Definitely not worth the money spent on her. Also, the owner of the venue had come by during the rehearsal and said that she would take the bride and groom up the hill to take photos after the wedding, but she didn’t even offer and make it an option. So if you have your wedding here, DO NOT hire Riley. Again venue was amazing and wedding was awesome but Riley needs to find another job because she clearly is NOT a good wedding coordinator.

Henrekin pines went above & beyond to make our wedding experience flawless! We spent Friday setting up- rehearsal dinner that night……. which made Saturday (our wedding day) a dream! Everything was perfect & went so SMOOTHLY - which I commend to being able to setting up on Friday…. rather of than the day of! I highly recommend this location! THANKS AGAIN!

Just one complaint, the bar service ran out of stuff quickly & put a 20% gratuity on tabs w/o disclosing that.The Keg prices were way to much.
