I had gone back and forth about writing, thinking maybe I just got the massage therapist on a bad day. However, after talking with my wife and finding out she had a similarly terrible experience, I felt compelled.

This is quite possibly the worst massage I ever experienced. I was counting down the minutes until it was over and I could get out of there. I have had anywhere between 25-35 massages in my life. I’ve had a combination of deep tissue, relaxation, 60 minute, 90 minute. This was the worst.

The therapist was disinterested, yawning, and never spent longer that 3 seconds in any particular spot. The best way I’ve thought to describe it was I was a turntable and she was the DJ. The massage was extremely jumpy, prodding and pokey.

My wife unfortunately had a very similar experience. We paid for a 90-minute couples massage. This was no small bill.

The massage didn’t feel like a massage, I asked for deep tissue and I received too soft of pressure and honestly was a weird method I have ever experienced as a massage. (And I am a massage therapist).

Absolutely loved this. My boyfriend and I did a couples massage. We found a package through Groupon. It was really relaxing and the massage therapists were really friendly. Their steam showers are super awesome. My boyfriend and I loved it so much that we will definitely go again.

I went to take my mom, sis for a girl day spa 🧖🏽‍♀️ and had spoken to the respective prior to my appointment and when I got there no one took in my information and didn’t have the slot that I had previously requested. I had emailed all my information weeks in advance for this day. Apparently I wasn’t in their reservation slot. I have email confirmations with one of their personal and since she went on vacation the person that was at the front for the day was reluctant and unwilling to help. She ended up only helping 2 of the 3 on my party. I would not recommend the location at downtown Chicago! The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I definitely enjoyed my massage from the talented Miss.Sophie. She was so delightful that my body got the shakes.

The General Manager was hospitable as well.

I should’ve written this review along time ago. I bought a package of 10 and I’ve already gotten through six and I’ve really enjoyed the massages. I have had here. The staff is very nice and the therapist are very knowledgeable. Definitely planning on buying another package of 10 when this one is done. Above all, I left a gold necklace in one of my massage rooms and I’m so incredibly grateful that the staff is honest and we’re able to find this necklace that means so much to me. For the amazing staff and a wonderful service I give this place a 20 out of 10!!!!! 🙂

Do NOT purchase a Groupon for rhis place!!! My guy bought a Groupon, they told him to mark the Groupon "redeemed" when he scheduled the appointment (definitel Red Flag),. We were 9 minutes late when they called his phone, told him the services would be cut short because we were late, we asked if we could reschedule, they told us we would have to pay, despite already purchasing the Groupon. We told them we would request a refund from Groupon, the woman replied "the voucher is already redeemed, you will not get a refund" which leads me to believe this is common practice for this business to steal people's money. Going back and forth with Groupon for a refund, and disputing with my bank if unresolved. Horrible business practices, untrustworthy and bad customer service. This place will not get a dollar of my money.
Update, still unresolved, will never get my business.
