We really enjoyed our stay. Randy was a great host. Very responsive and super nice. Breakfast was amazing both mornings, beyond expectations. Beds in the carriage house were super comfy. The back porch and the garden area were both very quiet and comfy. We will definitely be back again.

Heart of the Hills B &B is a charming "home away from home." The owner, Randy, is a most thoughtful, accommodating, and gracious host, making sure you have a wonderfully carefree stay. His breakfasts are so delicious! The location is right next to a trolley stop, making it very convenient to go to the shops downtown, without having to deal with finding a parking space (which are very limited). The Carriage House here was perfect for us. Very well stocked with everything you need. Randy was always immediately available by text if anything was ever needed. This truly is a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. This is our definite go to place to stay when we return. Thank you, Randy, for a most enjoyable stay!

Our stay at the Carriage House was perfect! We enjoyed the convenience of the location, being in the middle of everything yet still very quiet and secluded feeling. It was so peaceful, we spent our breakfast and evenings on the back patio overlooking the beautiful backyard. Randy was exceptional at providing the perfect amount of service and privacy. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway at Heart of the Hills. Randy was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Our breakfasts were served to our room and were top notch! We thoroughly enjoyed having the deck as well to sit and visit. I don't have one negative thing to say about our experience. Would highly recommend for any couple looking for a quiet weekend to reconnect.

Nothing you haven't already seen in all the other glowing reviews. This is a gem of a B&B, and we really enjoyed our stay. Randy is delightful, and the breakfasts were fantastic. Loved all his communication during our trip - you can tell he really wanted us to enjoy our stay.

We stayed in the Gabrielle suite for an anniversary get-away. The accommodations were lovely, including our own private deck overlooking the backyard foliage and fire pit. The bed and linens were top-notch, and we slept like a dream, with the featherbed and newly-installed air conditioner. My husband loved the huge jacuzzi tub in which he fell asleep several evenings. I loved our quaint little kitchen and the roominess of the bathroom. ||The house is either a 2-3 minute drive to downtown or a 10 minute walk. Easy enough to slip back for a nap during the heat of the summer, or return to in order to change for dinner and show plans. We communicated that we enjoy keeping to ourselves (both highly introverted and talk to people as part of our job, so it is "work" to try to be social on vacation). Randy was so sweet and almost ghost-like as he fulfilled his host duties quietly and efficiently. He was so easy to reach by text for anything we needed (including an iron and a new key...) with no effort on our part - they magically appeared for us when we returned from shopping.||Breakfasts were divine! I LOVE his scrambled eggs - perfectly cooked - and both myself and my husband loved the bacon and waffles (mine with chocolate chips).||||I have to say - we usually stay at the Castle or Hobbit Holes...but we will definitely be back to Heart of the Hills...the price, accomodations, breakfast, and hospitality definitely won us over.

We loved our stay in the Cottage House! The space is so inviting and cozy. Really cool loft upstairs with a extra bed, too! Very clean and stocked with anything we would need for a weekend stay. Randy, the owner, is a super great guy and is a fantastic host. We will definitely stay here again - and we are already planning our return trip!

Randy was amazing, kind and so helpful! We could not have asked for a more delicious breakfast. The cottage was adorable and so cozy, just perfect for our Moms' Getaway! We could walk to most of the things we wanted to do and there was the trolley to ride if we didn't want to walk up the hill to get back. Perfect vacation that fed our hearts and souls!
