This place is an absolute dump. It is dirty, dingy, the elevator always smells like weed and cigarettes. The couch was so stained that I didn’t even want to sit on it, and there are roaches.

They offer a limited breakfast, and have the hot food guarded by a housekeeper who serves you. They block it off with tables and a tip jar which is crazy to me. Never seen this sort of set up before.

The only good thing about this place is the location, the shower was nice and upgraded, and the house staff were super nice. I saw them cleaning the rooms pretty thoroughly, so I know that they’re doing their best… but come on. Roaches? This place needs a massive renovation. I cannot recommend this place. Stay away.

Muhammad at the front desk was such amazing help I was trying to get an issue resolved with the call center about my reservation and he called me himself seeing an issue with my reservation and took initiative himself to fix the issue I had. Muhammad accommodated my stay with such professional and friendly service. definitely recommend this location! I will always stay here when needed from now on!

Great Price and Clean! Friendly staff! They were professional and explained things. I definitely liked the sofa bed and table to eat in the room. It's also nice to become a rewards member to get discounts or even free nights. The app was straight forward which needed little explanation.

We stayed here for the Golden sky concert which is only a little over 30 min away. We paid for the king suite. Um the pull out bed was horrible. No sheet and the mattress was ripped. Sunday morning we woke up to no hot water to shower. It was ridiculous. The walls are yellow and we even had ants in our bathroom. They definitely need to remodel and refurnish. The place has potential but it needs help. The one good thing I can say is that the area we stayed in felt very safe and we were close to many restaurants.

The first rooms I was in had a very strong weird burning smell, and the staff moved me to the first floor. The second room has a major ant infestation, and they weren't able to move me again because the hotel was full, so I had to go in with the raid and spray the ants myself.

The rooms were large and had a useful kitchenette, WiFi speeds were fine, staff was always friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The hotel itself could just use some work because the rooms are old and not very clean. Probably could use some more funding from the top management

I do not recommend staying here. The interior photos of the hotel on their website are misleading and must've been taken many many years ago. Everything is dirty, outdated, and just overall gross. My room didn't look like it was cleaned. The couch was ripped and dirty. The floor was nasty. The lock on the door was missing a screw and about to come off. There was also no full length mirror in the room - just a blank spot on the wall where one used to be. I also got hardly any sleep during my stay due to all of the noise in the hallway and doors constantly opening and closing throughout the night. The key to my room stopped working multiple times during my stay.

The breakfast was also weird because the hot food is guarded off by hotel staff and you have to wait for someone to serve you. The woman who was serving the food was nice, but I often had to wait for her to come back to the dining room because she was doing other things.

Don't even bother using the gym equipment either. The whole room looks like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in years. The treadmill and bike were broken.

McDonald's and Taco Bell... walking distance less than 600 feet.
Lake Natomas aquatic center across Hazel Ave.

The remodeled rooms are decent. I will say the front desk lady didn't acknowledge our presence. Going to the room, the music blaring out of the room being remodeled was so loud that I could hear it before the elevator doors opened on the floor. I felt sorry for the guests on that floor, including my sister, who was staying all the way down the hall at the end. Appliances and remodeling equipment cluttering the halls and I would definitely say is a safty hazard. If remodeling is going on, section off 2 to 4 rooms at a time. Eliminate a hazard and potential lawsuit. The dust level on that floor was absolutely ridiculous.
This hotel and location have the potential to attract a higher class of clientele and still assist with working with the county to have availability to the families suffering homelessness if the right staff gets in there and knows what they're doing.
