I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Thiara at Haven Med Spa, in Lincoln/Rocklin from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and professional. Dr. Thiara took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns about my Hair Loss and explained the Alma TED treatment process in detail, making me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. The results have been incredible—far exceeding my expectations! I truly appreciate Dr. Thiara's expertise, gentle approach, and dedication to delivering excellent care. I went here a couple weeks ago and the lady did Botox and gave me a Spock eyebrow!!! Hopefully I can see my dermatologist ASAP! 300 dollars to have one eyebrow up and one down…. I’ve never ever have had this happen in my life with botox

Upon discovering Haven MedSpa and their promising services, I was eager to reach out and schedule an appointment. However, I encountered some difficulty in getting ahold of them initially, which led to a slight delay in securing my booking. Despite this initial challenge, once I connected with their team, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

My experience so far has been great. While the initial communication hurdle may have been a minor inconvenience, it was quickly overshadowed by the outstanding service and results I received.

WOW! If you have had a painful lip filler experience like me, you will want to come see Dr. Thiara. She is generous with the numbing cream, she patiently waits to allow you to numb, she is very careful and deliberate with her injections. Your pain threshold and lips will thank you. Fantastic looking lips is what you walk away with. Thanks Doc!

This is an incredible Med Spa. The office staff is warm and welcoming and Doctor spent time listening to my goals and discussing how to get there. Every experience has been great. I am doing weight loss with weekly check-ins and planned for skin services. I will continue to trust this practice for my self-care needs and look forward to going back each time.

I have been coming here for over a year now doing hormone replacement therapy. It is a definite game changer! I was having a constant headache, night sweats, crying for no reason at all, feeling general fatigue and muscle loss, despite working out. Not to mention my libido all of a sudden took a turn for the worst. At 47 I decided I had to do some thing about it. I’ve been doing hormone therapy treatment for a year and it’s an amazing transformation. This location is always clean, the staff is wonderful, and the doctor is amazing! I haven’t utilized any of the other wonderful services she provides, but I’m thinking about doing some lasers this winter. I love this place!
