Lucky to find this elegant eatery off Interstate 25 on our way to Estes Park. Gracious service and piled-high Reuben Sandwich with crispy sweet potato fries.

My husband and I went for their Valentines Day dinner, and for $200, it left a lot to be desired. Our server Bernadette was fabulous! The food, however, was of Golden Corral quality. The cheesecake and chocolate cake were both served frozen, the butter for the rolls and the whipped cream for the bread pudding were out the entire duration of our dinner, the serving spoons were covered in food, and the ranch and blue cheese dressings were not labeled to be able to tell them apart. This is to be expected if you're eating at a buffet like Chuck-A-Rama or Golden Corral, not somewhere you pay $80 a person.

So .. where should I start . I paid for an upgraded room and upon check they informed me that they upgraded my upgrade at no extra cost! I literally felt like a princess walking down the glass hallway to my well appointed executive sweet . Room 290 with 2 balconies ( standing only) .The bed was amazing and the pillows had me floating in a dream! The bathroom was fabulous.. glass shower! However make sure you adjust water before getting in ...especially when traveling with kids.The grounds were perfection with green trees and the resort itself is nestled on a golf course .
The Hathaway restaurant was fabulous, but what made it one of the best experiences I've had at a resort was Makenzie .Her cheery personality and calm demeanor ( even when she was training) was so refreshing as it is rare these days . So shout out to Makenzie for strong customer service skills! She even gave me a tour of the banquet/ buisness rooms .Food was great!

Speaking of banquet halls everything was well appointed and very inviting. I would highly recommend weddings, meetings and other fabulous celebrations at this property as they continously remodel and upgrade ! The views on golf course are stunning!
The pool was refreshing and I saw a young man checking PH balance through the day . Great care! All in all one of the best overall experiences I've had ! And the rates are low for all that you get!
Gift shop has all you need as well and there is a Sinclair as well on property hidden behind the trees! Thank you Little America! I'm a huge fan!

The food was ok, the service was good, I was the only one in the restaurant at 5:00 PM, that made me a wonder what I was getting into. The ambiance is really well done.

Hathaway's Restuarant was so enjoyable and delicious! Bernadette was an incredible server. We wanted her to pull up a chair, but she couldn't. We'll be back!

Very disappointing. I ordered the BLTA ("bacon", lettuce, tomato, avocado) where the bacon was described as "thick cut," and all ingredients were supposed to be on sourdough bread. What I was served was salad bar toppings on texas toast. I took a bite, and everything fell out onto the plate. I paid $20 for some bacon bits, taco salad lettuce and tomatos, and a couple of slices of avocado. We also didn't receive a drink refill until the check was brought to us. No return in the future.

While the atmosphere was beautiful and elegant the country music did not match well with the chandeliers. The service was thr slowest I have had in years, never had my water refilled or my dessert order taken. We will not be back.

12/25/21 Edit: Christmas buffet is outstanding, not getting out cheap as each plate is $65, adult fare so kids or simple taste folks lose out, still worth coming and their continued 5 star rate with me./// Dinner for wife's birthday was outstanding, from service to food to romantic atmosphere. Prime rib was perfect, dessert was decadent with just the right amount of table service to make the celebration perfect. Highly recommended despite more limited menu offerings.
