I was tricked into booking this reservation with ‘Hotel Reservations’ I stayed 3 nights instead of 4 nights. I told both the hotel and ‘Hotel Reservations’ that I would not be staying the 4th night and am having a difficult time getting the refund. The Harrods Hotel should not use this service as I will no longer ever consider Harrods for my stay.

Great place
It was my first time coming here. Overall, I had a great time. The casino is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are big and clean. The only issue was im not a fan of their restaurants . Overall, I recommend coming here.

I stayed here because I thought this place would be clean and safe. Robbery started at the front desk. I came to stay for a week. Asked for smoking room which they kindly informed me would be $40 a night. When I explained a little bit of something is better than nothing and that I would cancel my reservations? Then the cigarette smoking room was free? No room was not clean. Stayed a week with gimmicks of charging my card fees or movies or anything to take attention from filthy place. Did not change sheets 1 time! 7 days of the same sheets Sewer smell from bathroom and in room where ice dispensary is. I pass on the people who only wants money! You don't care about your customers or your employees. Your representative had the nerve to tell me I needed to leave the room in order to receive clean towels? Another one that checked me in told me I was watching a movie and she was tired of hearing from me. The Nerve! I pass! $1200 and dirty room? Find somewhere else to stay!

Nice casino. Friendly and helpful staff. Slots could run a little looser. Some Free play occasionally would be nice. But that's why it's called gambling.

Blah Blah Blah on how I made her job so hard because she assumed it would be a slow day today.
I can’t believe Harrah’s is paying people for hard people skills.

The casino was very nice. It was small but they had all the fun games.

Spent 30 hours total on the premises and overall pretty pleased. The slots kept you in the game and was able to play hours and hours on $200. The casino and hotel are clean and secure.

If I had to pick one thing that I wish was different is that you can't find a damn cup of coffee or even a glass of water throughout.

The casinos in Kansas have several soft drink stations that are self-serve and I wish Harrah's would do the same.

Rib n sweet potato was great , spinach dip not as expected
