I wasn't sure what to expect in my first session but It was wonderful. I tried it out of curiosity and wound up a believer. Little aches and pains disappeared after my session, I am aware of a detox-like response, craving lots of water and rest. My body feels realigned and resourced. I notice that I am making better choices regarding self care, ie., better food choices, going to bed earlier and foregoing the nightly glass of wine. I will definitely return for more discovery.
