I feel that the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino could significantly improve how they value their regular, local customers, especially considering the amount of money we spend there. My recent experience highlighted this issue. After winning a significant sum and subsequently losing $10,000, the only compensation offered for my birthday was a complimentary dessert and $15 off at the Hard Rock Cafe. The Cafe's food has consistently been disappointing; I've never had a truly enjoyable meal there. My boyfriend and I are frequent patrons and spend a considerable amount of money at the Hard Rock. The return we receive in terms of rewards and appreciation simply doesn't reflect our level of patronage. We don't feel valued as customers, and frankly, we might start having to look elsewhere for entertainment and gaming options that better appreciate our business.

The room is very modern, updated and clean! The TV services are good. We enjoyed dinner at the Asian restaurant, Youyu. The eggplant was amazing! Good Pad Thai, too, and dumplings. The service was great
For being a casino that allows smoking, the smoke wasn't that bad on a Sunday night in the winter. The slots were fine, similar to other casinos. This was our first time here and we didn't get any free play so that was disappointing.

Besides waiting an hour in the line for the buffet, it was pretty good. Our server was super sweet and attentive. The food was decent. However, I noticed the person who gives you lobster picks what lobster she deems fit for you... I watched her hand "certain" individuals the bigger lobsters, and then she would literally weed through them (in front of me) for the smaller ones. It was weird. I asked why she keeps giving me the smallest ones and grabbing other, bigger lobsters just to move them over to the side and then purposely choose the smaller one to give me. She acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. Then, the bigger ones that she just moved over, give it to the next people similar to her race behind me 😏 very uncool, but another stranger next to me said she felt the same way.

Just had a very nice dinner with my husband at the steak house. The food was great but even better than the food was the service we received from the "Dynamic Duo", Jackie and Olivia. They really made the night special for us. Caring, attentive, funny, and just all around sweet ladies. A true asset to the Hard Rock staff and great representatives of the organization.

Had a girls night out to see Matt Mathews and had been looking forward to this for months. Let's start with the buffet, it was a Friday night so lobster & crab which I don't eat. I know, that's my problem but the selection of non sea food was awful. The Asian selection consisted of rice and a bunch of fried appetizers, the Italian choices were pizza and what appeared to be frozen tortellini with garlic butter sauce. Actually much of the choices looked like frozen food. The salad bar was an absolute joke!! Olives, cheese, cherry tomatoes croutons and mini corn. Not even one cuecumber! And 2 choices for dressing. The room was decent and clean. However our thermostat didn't work and it was hot in the room so I called the front desk who was supposed to send someone to take a look. Well, at midnight I gave up and turned on the do not disturb light, hoping I could just go to sleep and tossed and turned all night. I had ordered room service since we were waiting for someone to take a look at the thermostat. The wait for that was over an hour and when the food finally arrived the nachos were soggy and the chicken wings, while they weren't cold they also were not even warm. It was obvious our food sat for awhile before someone brought it up. Overall, this ended up being a very expensive disappointment. I might return here to see another show but I will not stay in one of their rooms or eat the food again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I will say that the girls at the front desk who checked us in were awesome! Fantastic customer service. If the stars for service were just for them I would have given a 5.

A bit of a drive coming from Sacramento. The place smelled like cigarettes and had the normal rabble.... but the place was clean and there were bathrooms galore. All nice things. I wouldn't mind going to see another concert here. The band was awesome and the crowd was super into it. My kids first concert.

Until sprawl reaches its way out of the way from many civilized things if you don't have a car it's very difficult to get to. And it would be well worth it if the food and entertainment was incredible but it's not it'd be well worth it if the service and staff were also incredible but they're not as a matter of fact it's many times I've been in there they act like they are doing you a favor and you should be on your knees kissing your feet. Gas is decently priced but again service really does big S.

Beautiful place! price is just right. Food was excellent and service was on point from my cousin's being checked into their luxury room to our dinner. Every employee we encountered was kind and helpful. 5++++++ stars
