The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff so friendly and helpful. The location absolutely perfect! Parked our car on arrival and didn’t need it again till departure. Bonus points for the list of local recommendations! Tried several of the recommended businesses and was glad we did. We will return!

Rooms very clean. Mattresses uncomfortable on both beds in room. Excellent staff. The view was unbeatable and you just park and walk everywhere. So close to activity hub. Pool area nice happened to be dirty on our stay. Could be due to a large group that was staying same weekend. Noone can control that.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Harbour Shores Hotel. We had a very comfy room with a warm soothing fireplace. The large TV has numerous channels to choose from plus we had a kitchenette in our room. Our room was close to the warm pool and hot tub which we truly enjoyed. Wonderful lake view made our stay very relaxing and a peaceful stay!!

Room was wonderful, we had a room facing the lake and we were on an upper floor. The room was very clean, had a great view and was very quiet. We were there for a girls weekend back in November for my sister’s 40th bday. Loved it so much I’m headed back with my husband and son! Hotel is in a great location and the staff was very welcoming! Can’t wait to get back there for some R&R!

I appreciate it that the staff were courteous and met our needs almost immediately upon arrival. The rooms were more than spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciate that it’s location provided a majestic view of Lake Geneva and was close enough that we could literally go out there and walk in the near my park and enjoy some of the local businesses without having to get in our vehicles and drive around. Definitely worth the stay.

Clean and cozy but wish the pillows were more of a luxury style but bed was great! I would definitely stay again. Super clean and nice decor and great views out of the window. I would recommend Harbor Shores to friends and family. I can’t wait to visit again!

The only small complaint I have is that the fridge didn't keep pur drinks cold. I vaguely remember them saying something about it but it wasn't really that big of a deal. We had a room facing the lake and it was so pretty to wake up and see that view every morning.

Great location with tons of places to eat, drink and shop within walking distance.

This was my second time staying here and I would love to go back

We had a great weekend at Harbor Shores. The check-in desk employees on arrivals & check-out were so friendly & helpful. Our rooms were very clean. Our beds were so comfortable & I slept so good! We were Scrapbooking & enjoyed the pizza from restaurant. Great place.
