This RV park is a quaint affair tucked around the corner from the Pilot truck station and a handful of fast food restaurants. The people are always friendly, but the park could use a regular maintenance person to address some of the long-standing problems with the aging infrastructure.

Very nice park and people! Right off the freeway, easy access, next door to gas, mini mart and fast food restaurants. Nice swimming pool, and green grass. Great stop for a night!

The park is ok for overnight stay. It's mostly long term campers. The residents were quite, working people and gave us no trouble. The overnight spaces were out front and easy to access. Nice and close to food and gas. You can easily walk to them (the food, not gas unlessnyou have a can). There was no one at registration so we had to do self check in. There was no way to contact anyone and no codes to access restrooms. Our 30 Amp service went out on space 1. Others still had power. No body around to ask for help so we went without AC that night.

We stayed here last night. We are a 40 ft motorhome trailering a car. We are 53 ft. I write this so bigger RVs like us dont pass this quaint little park by. We were given their largest site (#6) and we got in pretty easily and fit nicely. It was quiet and the people were nice. I have seen past reviews that said there was a Dennys nearby, it is no longer there. There is fast food within walking distance: Wendys, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Starbucks. There is a Pilot too. This place is right off the highway. So very convenient! We had excellent service when we called for a reservation. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Happy Times for taking in 2 very weary travelers for the night.

What a gem! We found it on the way to Oregon. So blessed that they had one spot left! With our Good Sam and AAA our site was less than $50. Wonderful spot and great place to stay for the night!

It's rite off the 5 fwy 4.5 hours North of Sacramento an easy stop. There are amenities about 500 feet away; Love's Gas Station, a Denny's, Cinnabon, Godfathers Pizza and Wendy's.

Park has 30 Amp Service, Water and Sewer at the pull throughs. Sites can accommodate up to 65', and there is a pool, laundry and showers/ bathroom.

Gave it 3 stars because it was convenient and flat, at $50 a night it could be much nicer, bathroom is old but sanitary, pool was clean, but the park hasn't been updated in a long time and 99% of park is long term (quiet), only 4 nightly rentals.

Went to visit my mom.and parks was super clean. Right by fast food and gas station so easy to get on hwy 5 and travel. By the day and long term spots available.
