Katja was super sweet and extremely caring and professional. My session was great and I left feeling brand new. I usually have a hard time relaxing during massages but I was able to enjoy the session and feel the benefits of it. I’ll definitely return!
Having weekend appointment options is such a plus for busy people and the online scheduling is super convenient. Eing able to text them is also helpful as they are responsive and attentive.

I had a great experience at Hands On! Ryan was excellent: careful, informative, and respectful. The therapeutic massage was truly fantastic, with clear communication and very responsive to my needs. Katja gave me a wonderful massage. She educated me about what she felt in my body, since I was interested. She always asked if I was interested in things like stretches that might not be included in every massage. If you're interested in the visceral manipulation, Katja taught me you want to get that work between any flare ups, because it can't be done if your organs are inflamed.

Needed some relief for some hip/neck pain. Katja was extremely helpful, explained different healing modalities as well, and was thoughtful to to explain how different movements are helpful. I've tried other places in town and I would say this was the best experience thus far. Also, I found the price to be the best with the amount of care and professionalism was exhibited compared to other places.

Firstly as soon as you walk in, the environment is so calming. I love the decor also. Secondly, Judy is such an incredible masseuse. She listened to all my needs and was able to help me get relief for my problem areas. I will definitely be going back as this experience was devine! Thank you so much Judy!

I had an extremely hard time finding the place and my gps kept taking me to a brick building with signs that say “core” but the actual building is a white brick building and it’s tucked away on the side of the 320 N Leroux building. It took me 20 min to find and I was about to have a meltdown from being worried I was going to be charged and have the session canceled and especially since I was already running late from work. They had to shorten it and of course I was still charged for the full 90 min I had originally scheduled but I’m just grateful they didn’t cancel it since I was so late. Judy was my reiki massage therapist and did an amazing job. The massage was so calming once I could get out of my head and the reiki helped me feel more grounded. I would absolutely go back to Judy and will know where to park this time. She has an amazing energy to her as well.
