This is my 2nd visit at this hotel. As usual the staff here was amazing. I paid more to stay here but ill pay more any time of the day for great custom service. Each time i felt welcome. Front desk was so respectful and pleasant. I had a mix up and a rough night she was so understanding and pleasant. I can tell all are welcome here at this hotel. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING !!!

We stay at the Hampton every year-for the past 3 years. This year was horrible, my family has always used the commons area at night to get together and talk, play cards etc and this year they would not allow it. They wanted us to rent a conference room though every one was staying at this hotel. They accused my Aunt of getting rude though she did not, it was one particular lady working on 2nd who just needed to have “control” now what would they of done if we all showed up for breakfast at the same time in the morning? Not let us eat? Very disappointed and they have now lost a lot of money in bookings as we will no longer stay there.

This.is.the best by far hotel in the area !!! I stayed at holiday Inn express last time...

This has an excellent fitness center with 2 walking machines and dumbells all the way up to 75lbs
And very clean...
Just need filtered water machine please(and also in lobby)

The Pool is clean with plenty of fresh towels

I will book here again fo sho

When we checked in the gal behind the desk took us up to our room, only to find out is was further down the hall from elevator. So she went back down to the desk and got a room closer to elevator, which was great as my husband is on oxygen. Then she helped me carry my bags up to our room. I then asked her if we could have a small birthday cake later in evening and they were very accommodating for us. I don't know the gals names but one had a tag with "Dia ". I do know we'll be staying at Hampton Inn in the future.

We’re here for a family memorial service with approximately 12 rooms rented with family from out of state. They refuse to let us hang in the lobby together or a conference room saying they are for breakfast and business meetings.
Very bad service, lumpy mattress and pillows too. Will never stay here again.

So Marie got mad about my last review and decided to retaliate. She lied and claimed housekeeping said we had a pet. She ran our debit card to add a pet fee (instead of checking if we paid first) causing our original payment to be sent back to the card (which takes some time) then told us we had to pay for the previous night and the current night (which was already paid) and if we didn’t have the money we had to leave. She did this TWICE. Not once did she get in trouble for it but it definitely caused a major, major inconvenience for my family and I. She had my sick mom’s blood pressure thru the roof because she was so worried about coming up with money for a room that we had already paid for. Of course management did nothing to help, so now we’re taking it to corporate. They will run your debit card for charges that you already paid for without asking your permission. Again the manager did nothing to help and we had to pay for Maria’s (mistake) I honestly believe she tried to get us kicked out because she was mad about the last review I posted about her being rude.

Pool was a little cold. Updated rooms and lobby. Front desk and kitchen staff very friendly.
