Located in Williams, Arizona, this is a newer hotel and is conveniently located to the I40. The hotel was very well maintained, clean and welcoming. Special thanks go out to Glen for making our stay very pleasurable and rewarding. The room had a very nice layout and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has an exercise room, pool with spa and several general-purposes rooms available for their guests. However, the hotel needs to do something about the spa, which was so filthy we would not even use it or the pool, disgusting. Also, there is a major security issues with the door locks on many of the rooms. See photo included, but we do not think you should be able to see daylight around the door locks, felt very unsafe about the security of the room. Based on these two items, we must mark down the hotel for security and cleanliness. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the hotel to accommodate all their guests and close enough to downtown businesses. As for the morning breakfast, well that could do with a little more improvement. The food was primarily packaged eggs, sausages, home fries, etc., and lacked any flavor or taste. However, there are a few things you can find to eat, at least to hold you over until lunch. Overall, we would stay at this location again, primarily because of the staff and the rooms in general.

Checked into Hampton Inn Williams Saturday night 10 May, 2025 Rm 219 8pm. ||Returning to the hotel after a meal 9:15pm decided to turn A/C on to cool the room down. ||9:45pm With the room at a good temperature, turned off A/C via the wall mounted control. ||Ten minutes later, A/C still on blowing cold air.||Rang the front desk, the young lady said to give it time to shut off.||Waited 10 more minutes. A/C still not off, even though it was in the off position on the wall control. ||Rang the front desk and was told by a new desk clerk the same, wait! ||10:30 pm With the A/C not shutting off, called the front desk again and the gentlemen said he’d be up to have a look. ||He played with the wall mount controls to no avail. ||I asked if I could move rooms and was informed the hotel was full. Requested he contact maintenance staff for help and he said there was no staff around. He mentioned he would make a report. ||Honestly, spending $189 for the night with A/C blasting cold, loud air, I did not sleep and arrived at the Grand Canyon the next morning in a stupor!

I had an amazing stay here! From the warm welcome to the spotless, comfortable room, everything exceeded my expectations. Dominique went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! There was also a great variety for breakfast! Their attention to detail to make you feel at home is outstanding. 100% recommend

When you are travelling by road in USA, one of the good options of spending a night or two, is in Hampton Inn. This is part of the Hilton group. We were planning to go to the Grand Canyon, in Arizona, and we decided to make Hampton Inn in Williams, Arizona. This property was nice and clean and location was also very central with ample free parking. The room was pretty large with two queen beds and had the required amenities. Breakfast was also as per our expectations. Overall it was an excellent choice for the gateway to Grand Canyon.

A great hotel if you are looking for a place to stay near the Grand Canyon. Williams is a quaint little town and the Hampton Inn provided a close and easy spot to stay. Service was great, the rooms were VERY clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. They even have some sack breakfasts to take on the go if you are up early before the normal breakfast is served. A nice touch since we were up to see the sunrise at Grand Canyon Natl Park.

Great place to stay. Free breakfast and it was good. Free parking. Wifi is strong. Friendly staff and very quiet and clean.we will definetly stay here again when ever we come back to the area. We were visiting grand canyon. Great location close to a lot of things and the highway.

We arrived pretty late. The front desk was absolutely amazing. The dude Corey, who checked us in and made sure we got straight and was awesome. He even took his time to recommend sights and things for us to do.|We don't travel a whole lot and when we do, we hope to come across places and people like this hotel.

Close to Grand Canyon (one hour), but in a lower priced hotel area. The grounds, exterior lobby and breakfast area were all very clean! The breakfast was standard offerings. Waffle maker, eggs, meats potatoes, breads, cereals, etc….three blends of coffee (dark light and decaf). |The room was updated, clean and quiet, would highly recommend staying here!
