We enjoyed our stay. Room was pretty clean and pool area was very nice. |We heard garbage being picked up during the wee hours of the morning. Room furniture could use cleaning or updating. |Microwave turntable didn’t turn and started to smell like it was burning.|Fridge worked well.||The staff was helpful and informative. Breakfast area had something for everyone to eat.|Coffee bar was great!

This hotel was very nice and kept very clean. The best part of this place was the staff! My daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in the room after we had checked out.The staff went and found it for us. When we came back to pick it up they had put the stuffed animal in a gift bag with extra full sized candy and a letter. It made my daughters day! It was such a kind gesture. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you to the kind ladies at the front desk who took the time to do that 🩷

Hampton Inn, Wetumpka, AL outdid themselves in service, breakfast, and customer service, during the Beautiful Table Settings Annual Bash, held between May 14-17, 2025, at the Wetumpka Civic Center. One example is Lily. Lily noticed my stay and that I had registered for the BTS Bash prior to the Bash room discount. She adjusted appropriately. So Lily, thank you for being proactive, your efforts for a great experience did not go unnoticed. Low Rider60.

Staff was great, each person we encountered. The rooms and amenities were very nice and everything was clean!
They had a nice selection for breakfast, and had the best little scones!
Biscuits for breakfast were a little hard, some parts you couldn't cut through. Other than that, our stay was great!
Thought it was nice they had complementary feminine products in the hallway bathroom.

We had a pretty good stay but they seam to be taking advantage of being one of the few mid range hotels in the area. Almost $200 a night was a little high and from what I saw this somewhat newer hotel was showing signs of ware from lots of construction people using it a lot and the rooms showed some abuse from a hard life in its short time. Normally not that big of a deal but when paying nearly $200 you expect something in a little better shape. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular. Tow hot items along with the waffle iron. Might stay here again if in the area but also would look at the Casino next door to see if their rates are better.

Positive: Location Negative: I called for a late check in and when my family & I got there, they had given our room away. We had to put a fold out bed and a pack n play in a king bed room so all my children would have a place to sleep. We couldn't walk thru the room st all.

Friendly, helpful staff and spotless rooms. My non-smoking room was so heavily fragranced I was sneezing and coughing while I tried to unpack. I retreated to the lobby to let it air out; at 10pm it was still oppressive but I was able to sleep. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

It was convenient and comfortable for our stay at the BTS BASH at the nearby Conference Center. Unfortunately, this year the rate for the conference is exceptionally expensive, almost $50 a night more than last year. We’re looking for alternatives for both the conference and on our way to and from the event. Too bad because they will probably lose a few hundreds room nights.
